Date of visit: 5/17/2025 Anna’s Pizza is the real deal. located in Palm City, this place is run by someone truly passionate about Italian food: and it shows in every bite. You can feel the authenticity from the moment you walk in, and it only gets better from there. I ordered a classic cheese pizza, garlic knots, and the star of the show: Grandma’s Pizza. The cheese pizza was perfectly balanced with a thin, crisp crust and a flavorful sauce that tasted homemade. The garlic knots were soft, buttery, and full of that rich garlic flavor you hope for; simple, but done perfectly. Grandma’s Pizza was on another level. This is true Sicilian-style pizza with a thick yet airy crust, fresh tomato sauce, and just the right amount of cheese and herbs. You can tell it’s made with care and tradition. Anna’s feels like a place where quality and family recipes matter. It’s authentic, welcoming, and absolutely delicious. If you’re in Palm City and want true Italian pizza, Anna’s is a must-visit.

We had such a great experience at Anna’s Pizza during a 3rd grade field trip with Bessey Creek Elementary. What made it extra special was that the owner personally gave the kids a behind-the-scenes tour of the kitchen and how the pizza is made. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious—classic New York-style slices with a crispy crust and cheesy goodness that everyone loved. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had plenty of space for the whole group to sit comfortably. It’s not every day you find a local restaurant that goes above and beyond like this. Anna’s Pizza isn’t just a great spot for a casual family meal—it’s a community gem that truly cares about its guests. We’re grateful for the hospitality and can’t wait to come back!

First time ordering from here, I thought it was like the location in Rio, Jensen Beach. I'm a self proclaimed Sicilian Pizza Aficionado. I give this location 1 star, The tiramisu was the final straw in leaving a review. I paid 6.00 for a small cupcake sized dessert... my Sicilian was not good even after heating in my oven. I asked for well done, I'll say the bottom crust was crispy, but the cheese was barley melted. I paid for extra cheese, pepperoni and hamburger. Def not extra cheese and the toppings for 1.50 and 3.50 each are very skimp. I ordered an extra marinara sauce and I assumed it was heated.. it was cold from the fridge. I guess I should've specified a heated or warmed up side of sauce?

We ordered over the phone at 3:20pm to have it nice and hot and ready by 4:45pm. We have been customers for over 10 years. We arrive and the woman who was working at the register wasn’t very friendly at all. You can tell she didn’t really want to be there. She charges me for a large cheese and two cinnamon knots $20 and change which I never recall paying usually it’s closer too $16. The old owner knows us and the place has changed. I asked her for a water styrofoam cup which I didn’t mind paying for since my kids were thirsty and it’s 100 degrees outside and she says I can only give you this toddler size water cup. Then she states we can buy a can in the cooler. Which was totally irrelevant and made absolutely no sense. We weren’t looking to purchase soda and even my 13 year old laughed at that. Then it’s 4:35pm and she says pizza is still cooking. We are waiting there is no Ice in the dispenser. Then she says oh we are waiting to put pizza in oven and I finally leave a little after 5pm mind you I have a appointment at 5:15pm hence why I ordered early. Get home pizza is cold, crust is very thin, no olive oil what so ever, there is pepperoni which we didn’t want. Then the pizza has barely any sauce. The garlic knots were not hot as I asked to warm them up prior to us leaving the store ahead of time. Just a nightmare. This business has gone down hill and we will notify our family and friends on professionalism, attitude and lack of knowledge on making a great pizza. I wonder if the guy just rushed and made it fast when we arrived. No clue but terrible. The previous lenders need to return they...

The staff was all over the place. Hired a bunch of kids and are not managing them. I ordered a calzone and a Stromboli for the family, when i went to pay, the girl told me my order was $40. Apparently my 5 year old told her he wanted a bunch if stuff from the case and she added it to his order. After we got that settled we sat and waited for almost an hour. Turns out the girl never put the order in. I ordered a salad to eat while we waited for our food and then was told I had to pay 75 cents for a dressing. I was astonished at this dumb girl. She came to the take to ask if my boyfriend and my son wanted to wait for my calzone to be finished before she brought out their Stromboli, mind you its been over an hour at this point. I'm trying to be a better person so I didn't tell her how ridiculous she sounded but I wanted to be nice so I told her to please bring out my kids food. When my Stromboli finally came out it was dead child inside, the cheese never even got hot enough to melt. Then the manger or whoever he is starts screaming at the kids who work there calling them all kinds of names in front of everyone eating there. This place used to be the best pizza in palm city, but it has gone do far downhill. Do us all a favor, hire adults and stay in the back because you are...

It used to be a great place that we loved to go to. But now there is a new owner and primarily new staff. Things are not even as remotely as good as they used to be. We ordered our meal and went to sit down and we had to sweep the table off with what few napkins were in the dispenser. We had to get someone to get us more napkins and fill the dispenser. We waited and a girl came up and slammed one of our dishes onto the table. We hadn't even gotten our salads or garlic knots. We had to ask for utensils as no one had bothered to give us any. We then told another female worker we didn't get our salad ahs garlic knots. She said she'd bring it and we just said put them in to go containers. Our other meal then showed up. Neither meal was as hot as it used to be. And speaking of hot, the a/c was at 80°, way too warm for a restaurant in the Florida summer where the door is opening all the time. When we got home with our to go package all of the garlic knots were smashed even though they were on the top of everything, which means they were all squashed when they were put in the foil. All in all, not happy at all with the new ownership. This is a place we've been going to for years and will no longer...
