Antonio's New York Style Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

As a Native of New York City born and raised and of course pizza was part of my life as so many New Yorkers so i got lucky and run into Anthony pizzeria New York Style so i went in asked if they sell pizza by the slice Anthony the owner said yes and there's a lunch special 2 slice and a fountain drink i said kool so i started asking him questions about how does New York Pizza taste different than the others Anthony answered the question correctly so i told that i would let him know if it tasted like New York Pizza well my friends in Florida the pizza tasted so good just like New York Pizza and as we know us New Yorkers we also eat our pizza cold so in the course of the day I did eat it while it was cold and let me tell you this is the the best NEW YORK PIZZA you all going to run to here in Florida I highly recommend ANTHONY PIZZA NEW STYLE y'all will love it. My first review is below. This is an update. The 1st 2 visits our 18" cheese pie was excellent. See below. However, the last 2 things changed, a lot. The next to last time the crust had several pizza bumps, high risen bubbles in the crust and the whole crust and edge was much thicker. Not enough sauce and just not close to the same juicy, delicious pizza we usually get there.

The last pie, yesterday, the crust was back to thin like a good NY pizza. The sauce though was dark, thick like tomato paste instead of fresh tomato. It was sour and had too much garlic and oregano. It was also overbaked by a minute or 2. Sad to say consistency is not there.

By far the worst tasting food I have ever had. They are not even close to a NY pizza and should even advertise that they are. The prices aren't even listed right and we literally threw a whole pizza away cus it was absolutely disgusting. They put bad ham on it and u could tell not just by the taste but by the smell. This is an absolute shame that they can even pass inspiration. Upon picking up my order, I walked and thr store was hotter than the out side which is almost 100 degrees, the inside of the store looked absolutely filthy and the table out side where filthy aswell.
