Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

We were treated rudely. The manager was wearing at shirt and denim shorts. She was attending to the drawer in the register next to where I was ordering. Without a smile to greet customers she made a tense environment. The employees were argumentative. Not just the manager but the cashier as well. The manager refused to take coupons and even tho the cheese fries hardly had a teaspoon of melted cheese, they refused to look at the amount and just demanded extra costs. Cutting me off I was told I could speak to the general manager.. who had a bitter attitude. I feel the employees were unprofessional. The resolution was a man who asked politely after coming from the back what the problem was. Without needing to hear beyond a few words he made gestures to show his disbelief. He remedied the situation by just listening for 15 seconds. He stated he was there from Jacksonville to address the issues the location was having. I have to say I will happily return to see this gentlemen's progress. I hope that others do as well. Thank you! The restaurant was dirty and they were not friendly or organized. However, they are aware of problems and addressing them already. So I will return to re-evaluate...

"Welcome to Arby's, may I take your order?" chimed the intercom at the drive thru window on a rainy Sunday evening. A quick and easy order, all I wanted was a Classic Roast Beef for the ride home to Vero Beach.

Located just west of Interstate 95 on North Highway US 1, this Arby's is located inside a Love's gas station and convenience store. Drive thru is located on the east side of the building and does not have an overhang.

Fast and courteous service from Phaomi, my cashier. Asked whether I wanted a drink, fries or a combo, I declined. I had water in the car for my trip and am not really into soda. When I arrived at the window, Phaomi inquired whether I wanted Arby's or Horsey sauce. I took the Arby's sauce.

Very friendly cashier. Fast and quick service and I was on my way. Napkins and Arby's sauce was in the bag. Sandwich (once I put the Arby's sauce on it) was above average.

It's all about service in the drive thru. Was it fast and courteous? Did you forget napkins, straws or condiments? Was my food made correctly or did you screw it up? Overall, a pretty decent experience at this particular location of Arby's.

First the manger was outside literally right in front of the door smoking a black a mild she walks right back in no soap just put hand sanitizer on like that’s washing your hands. When we came in we saw the food sitting we use the restroom and etc and then order. We asked for the items fresh she yelled out it’s fresh it just got out!! HOW?! When you just walked back in from smoking! And I didn’t see no smoke or anything from the fryer! then grab the chicken tenders and drop them back in the fryer so they can seem fresh and trust me it wasn’t I am a chef and I’m heading to a city just needed something real quick to put in my stomach and I regret it.
