Arby's — Restaurant in Florida

Today's visit started with a pleasant greeting from a new face, Tatiana (hope I spelled it correctly). She was genuinely pleasant, not just for show, and I actually smiled from the experience.

Ordinarily my reviews include a comment about the food as well as the guest experience but you know what to expect at Arby's so I will skip that this time as the only thing different this visit was that I left there feeling a little better about my day.

Coincidentally, there was a man behind the counter with a clipboard talking with the staff who are usually present when I visit. The man was in a dress shirt and slacks so I presumed he was with management, perhaps a district manager. He was near the exit when I was leaving so I mentioned how delightful Tatiana was. He agreed and told me he'd been watching her interact with guests and there positive reaction to her. I inquired and he disclosed that he was visiting from the corporate office and told me he was going to relay his observations and my comments about this young lady to the folks at corporate.

It's the little things that can make someone's day. Tatiana made me smile, I hope this review pays that back, or pays it forward...

Love anything Arby's! This time I got an Orange Dream Shake! Yyuuummmmm! Shared with my grandson who loves them too! 6/19/23 Update: They have plenty of help this time. Everyone very nice and friendly. Service was fast & my Greek Gyro is delicious! (I'm not sharing this time!) Update 9/19/23 My friend & I had the Gyro 2 for $7! They weren't busy & were nice and friendly! Some of the tables are marked with a wheelchair symbol & have 2 chairs on one side and a long bench on the other side. Nice and handy? Their drinks are still out where you can serve yourself & get refills.

• .12/28/23. Update This time I was disappointed. It took too long for someone to come to the counter, even though no one was in front of me. The young man that waited on me spoke so softly it what is hard to understand and hear him. The fish sandwich I ordered did not taste good. It tasted off somehow. So I took it back to the counter and ask for a regular beef and cheddar. It took too long according to the slow business. Somehow it just wasn't up to their usual good standards. Change your party affiliation name address or little red as far as you have to leave the window because they have to make sure that you're not in front of the window for too long but otherwise everything came out wonderful food was wonderful I just think that the window rudeness should stop I mean if you're at the window you're at the window if it takes another minute then why should you send somebody out to the parking lot when you pull out to the parking lot and wait 30 seconds and then somebody comes out with your. Why not just stay at the window for that 30 seconds to get your food in Northern Calif and the manager came out and was talking to me saying you need to move and I was just putting my money back into my wallet I say yes sir I am moving I will move I'm just putting my money back in my wallet and then I pulled forward and 30 seconds later my food came to me delivered to me to my car I don't understand that why do you have to leave the window when you're going to have my food ready...
