July 21, 2025: As a loyal customer since 2019, it's unfortunate to say this place is going down hill in recent times. WHY: for starters, not only did you jack up prices on every game, but ur giving us less for our money! For example, the ball toss plate-breaking game used to come with 3 rounds. I watched it go down to 2, now we get only 1 round while paying more each time. Also, you wasted good space installing 18 claw machines and jacked the prices up to nearly 10 credits per try. Not to mention more claw machines in other places. It feels like pretty soon all there will be are claw machines. There's always something wrong with the machines. Last night I had to request refund on bowling when it skipped one of our rounds. Had I not noticed, I'd have lost the money bc of ur mistake! The fish bowl game was out of service for 2 days but was working today. I attached photos of that AND the burnt pizza you served me after 20 minutes of waiting. The personal pan pizza used to be bigger than this disappointment. Get it together Fast Eddie's! You used to care about quality and good customer service. What has happened?

Update: Had another fun visit at our fav arcade. The go karts were so fun. I like what they've done to the game room. Couple of suggestions from a regular guest - it would be awesome if you'd get another one of those motorcycle racing games so that my little girl and I can play together at the same time. Many arcades in Pigeon Forge have two side by side for 2 players. Just a thought. Also, I've noticed key games malfunction pretty often like the ball toss game being out of order yesterday and before that usually the ring toss, which was indeed working yesterday. It would be much better if everything functioned properly on a normal basis. Additionally, the basketball hoops game - there's always one less basketball than the other which makes 2 player unfair and provides less value for my money because majority of the balls are deflated & in need of replacement, which feels like I'm not getting the full experience like I'm paying for. I tried the churros for the first time yesterday and they were yummy. That tractor thing next to the go karts is a waste of space & money, and it needs to go lol. The batting cage rocks and was rockin yesterday. I say all of this with good intentions as a long-time, loyal Fast Eddie's patron, and I'll continue to be loyal because you still offer the best value for the money and the best variety among local arcades. Thank you for the improvements you've made thus far and for working to provide customers an even more fun experience! Update Again 05/30/22: I noticed they added a couple new games in the arcade and rearranged the batting cage equipment by moving it to a standalone space - looks great! Keep adding new, fun games! If management is reading: PLEASE make your regular go karts faster on the main track! Time for them to be updated to be faster! Great job on the work you've done to improve things! Your customers are noticing and are pleasantly surprised!

Just wrapped up another fun visit at Fast Eddie's! Still my daughter's favorite fun place, especially for riding go karts! We've been patrons of this business ever since 2019 when we first moved to Florida. They have a good variety of activities including go karts, arcade games, mini golf, batting cages, and more. I noticed steps taken to make it safer here on weekends. It's not as rowdy as before. I've noticed they've been adding new games and taking old ones out. They've also renovated a bit and tried to make the area more organized, which has helped. It's easy to win tickets. I usually spend $20-$40 on game tokens per visit, and it seems to last a while. Good value for the money overall, especially compared to other local arcades. They also have a nice selection of prizes to choose from. My daughter asked if they could add My Little Pony toys to the prize options on the wall. My personal favorite is the batting cage! I love burning off steam in the cage, knocking the hell outta some balls! Great...

I must say it was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and full of energy. The arcade offers a fantastic mix of classic games and modern favorites, catering to all ages and gaming preferences. Whether you're into pinball, racing simulators, or immersive VR experiences, It has something for everyone.

The highlight of my visit, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by an employee named Christan. From the start, Christan went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had an amazing time. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the games and attractions. When I had trouble with one of the machines, Christan fixed it immediately and even gave me helpful tips on how to improve my gameplay.

Christan's enthusiasm was infectious, and their genuine passion for making customers happy truly stood out. They made sure that even during busy hours, everyone felt valued and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but does it with such kindness and dedication.

To top it all off, the arcade was spotless, well-organized, and had a great selection of food and drinks. It’s clear that the team at takes pride in maintaining a high standard of excellence.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind, relive childhood memories, or create new ones, this is the spot. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Christan, whose outstanding service will make your visit even more memorable.

Five stars are not enough for this place. I’ll definitely be coming back...

Yesterday my husband and I took our son (7) and daughter (18mon) here for a night of fun. Immediately upon entry I noticed that the establishment was extremely clean and well cared for. The arcade games were all functioning and the prizes were spectacular. My son had won two free go kart rides from getting honor roll at school, so we took him on a ride first. Next we sat down to eat-- the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. The dining area was clean, but they also had disinfecting wipes available to wipe everything down. Next we played mini golf-- it's a small 9 hole course, but it's very cute and fun. My daughter loved exploring all the greens. When we went back inside to redeem our second go kart ride-- I couldn't find the receipt! I figured I threw it away after dinner, so I asked the associate if there was anything I could do. This young lady-- Merina-- stopped what she was doing, put on gloves and went through the trash cans to look for it! Even when we couldn't find it, she still took the time to get us a new one. I can't express enough how wonderful this woman is. She works so hard, I saw her training a new employee with clarity and kindness. She made all the kids feel heard and special. She made me feel heard and special, and I'm the adult lol. I just can't sing her praises enough. I really hope that Management notices and takes special care of Merina, because her customer service skills are incredible. I'm so pleased and can't wait to...

Attention everyone: If you’re purchasing $100 worth of credits, please double-check that you receive the correct amount. I was only given 275 credits per card, and 275 x 2 does not equal 595. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then have to ensure a business is operating correctly. This happened during my daughter’s 5th birthday, making it an unnecessary inconvenience. I hope this helps others avoid a similar issue. No, the correct amount was not automatically put on my card. I had to stop what I was doing, go to the front, and explain to the employee that 595 divided by 2 should equal 297.50 per card. I was only given the correct amount after I personally brought it to their attention. This establishment is now trying to misrepresent the situation, making it seem as if I misunderstood and expected 595 on each card—which is absolutely not the case. My receipt clearly shows that only 275 was initially added to each card, proving their mistake. I will not support a business that attempts to shift blame and make customers look foolish instead of owning up to their errors. If they review their security footage, they will see that I had to go back and have this corrected myself. Unfortunately, not everything a big establishment says can be taken at face value.

We went for the go karts but they have an arcade and some diggers too. There are four types of karts: 1. Toddler sized karts which are on a very small track and for small children only; 2. "Family" karts which can either be solo riders or for a parent to drive and a kid to ride. There is a height requirement to drive solo. These karts are painfully slow and the figure 8 track isn't very interesting. 3. "Drift" karts on an oval track. These karts are faster but it's an oval so not that exciting. The drift part is just that they put slippery stuff on two corners. 4. The fastest karts, on a tri-oval which are like your typical Euro karts. The track is small and flat, and everyone thinks it's the Indy 500. Age limited to 16 and older Overall, this was not that fun. I took my 10 year old so we could only ride the Family and Drift karts. The family karts were totally boring and not worth the time/money. The Drift karts were faster but the oval gets old after a couple laps. If you're used to real Euro karts, don't bother here. It you have small kids that just will be excited to drive these around, and they're tall enough then maybe it's OK. They have a chuck-e-cheese style arcade and a counter selling snacks.
