My family and I stumbled upon Beachside Bubble Waffle a few days ago and have since made four (yes, four!) return trips. This place is by far one of the best ice cream places I’ve been to and we’ve been to MANY! Everything is fresh! Their ice cream is so creamy and flavorful! They have many flavors to choose from as well. It’s got the perfect amount of sweetness, but not overload to where you feel sick after eating. They even make homemade bubble waffles, that they put at the bottom of your ice cream if you choose that option. You can get vanilla or chocolate flavored waffles. It’s the perfect touch to such good ice cream. I believe it’s a husband and wife duo and they are super nice every time we go. While you wait, you can play tetherball or corn hole or just sit in one of their many chairs around the food truck. Coming from a local, I would definitely try this if you’re visiting.

The pink cup is a regular size which is around $8 and I had the the Starfish which is bubble waffle, banana puddin’ ice cream, nilla wafer crumbles, carmel sauce, and homemade whipped cream.

The blue cup is a jr size which is around $6 and my daughter had the Sea Horse which is bubble waffle, play dough ice cream, marshmallows, chocolate sauce, and homemade whipped cream.

P.s the jr size is plenty for an adult as well! I couldn’t finish my regular size until the next day which by the way still tasted amazing...

We’ve been meaning to get over to Beachside Bubble Waffle for a while and finally stopped by…absolutely our new favorite spot! I only had a cup of vanilla and would have never thought that a simple flavor would be so good. It was soft, creamy, and delicious. My wife and kids had some of their signature flavors/sundaes (which I helped them eat) and they were so good. They make the Bubble Waffles fresh with your order and it was all so perfect, they even have the little vibrating pagers to tell you your order is ready (which was super quick). The owners are really nice and inviting and they have cornhole and teatherball for the kids.
