I will preface this review with, back in January, I messaged them on Facebook because we ordered $50+ worth of food that was horrible. $50 for a burger, 2 sides and a Greek salad… They told us there would be a gift card at the counter with my name on it for when we came back. It was a few months, we weren’t in a rush to return. When we did, the gift card was gone, but the friendly woman behind the counter remembered as she said she monitors the Facebook page, and gave us a $20 discount if I remember correctly. Today I sent a message while I was sitting in the restaurant, and I’m glad I did because the same woman loudly announced to the other staff of my message claiming these messages were from January and “I was just trying to get something for nothing” clearly not the attitude she had to my face. Funny watching people show their true colors when they think no one is watching. I gave them the opportunity before I just left a review, and after their first attempt to correct the issue, that’s why we returned, but when they talk badly about the customers and are nice to their face, that’s not something I will endorse, and not a place I will spend my money at. For at least the past year coming here, the decline has been noticeable, while the prices keep increasing. $20 for a cheesesteak, fries and burnt onion rings that they showcased on top of the fries like they were proud of them. $2.09 for a cup of coagulated cheese, and a cheesesteak that was half good, half I’m not sure it was even meat. The “Greek salad” was lettuce and pepperoncini ONLY. They don’t have Greek dressing, typically out of potato salad, but no onion, NOTHING, no flavor either, and the lettuce is typically warm. The last time we were there the staff was telling us to complain about the salad dressing so they could try to get the owners to change back. The paper towels are gone, they now served us bar napkins, the ones you put your drinks on. The salt and pepper shakers are always FILTHY, as if a 5 year old ate something sticky then played with them, and today the entire time we were eating someone was walking around sweeping the floor, raising dust that could be seen in the sun rays. The garbage can by the door was covered with the floor mats, so we couldn’t throw away our trash, which was half of our food that we didn’t eat for above reasons. This would have been the 3rd or 4th time of reporting food issues to the staff, and yet nothing changed.

Alright, I heard this place had some good sandwiches, so we figured we would check them out. You know you are there when.... just trust me, you will know when you see it, you can't miss it! We were greeted by smiling and friendly staff and appreciated the cleanliness of the dining area. Once we looked over the menu, I went with the Floridian and added jalapeños. The fountain drinks come with free refills, and they have your usual Pepsi products. The food was made to order, and it smelled phenomenal. Once I tried it with the bun, I made it "the Rico way." (That's where I just take all the goodies off the bun, toss the bread, and through the meet and veggies onto the fries). I mixed a little ketchup (don't judge me) and enjoyed the life out of that meal. They honestly provided such a generous portion that I couldn't even finish the whole thing. There were several options outside of just a sandwich, so plenty to choose from if you want something other than a chees steak. This includes salads, burgers, and other mild diverse menu options. We will definitely be back, and we look forward to diversifying our palette with the next delicious option. Go check them out and tell them Rico sent you!!

If you happen to cross into close to the middle of nowhere, nearby here (Hudson), then Philly Cheesesteak is a great place to try! For some reason, cheesesteaks always sound so good to me, but the image I have in my mind is never what they actually are- meaning what I think cheesesteaks are is not on par with how they actually are. So, when I got one here I had a different idea of what it would be, and of course, would you look at that, it wasn’t it! But it was still good- it’s what a Philly cheesesteak should be, but once again it’s not how I pictured it so I didn’t enjoy it as much and I really need to stop ordering them, lol... And if you’re still bearing with me through this review, I’ll also mention that I thought the Cuban sandwich was fantastic! Now, I do know what those are and I always like them, and I really recommend that sandwich if you like them at all too! But anyways, for my people who enjoy true Philly cheesesteaks, this place won’t let you down! Thank you for your time!

5-STAR REVIEW: The Best of Philly Cheesesteak 🌟 🚨 Warning: This review may cause intense cravings. Proceed with an empty stomach. 🚨

If you’ve ever longed for that true Philly experience—crispy, juicy, cheesy, straight-from-the-streets-of-Philadelphia flavor—look no further. The Best of Philly Cheesesteak delivers the goods and then some!

🍽️ Philly Cheesesteaks: From the first bite, it was like being dropped right into South Philly. The roll? Perfectly toasted with that authentic chewy bite. The steak? Tender, flavorful, and piled high. And the cheese? Melty, gooey perfection. Whether you’re a purist going classic with Whiz or loading up with peppers and onions, every version hits like a Philly home run. Authentic? Absolutely. Delicious? Outrageously so.

🔥 Wings: These wings aren’t just a side—they’re a statement. Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and tossed in finger-licking sauces that range from fiery heat to sweet and tangy. Every flavor explodes, and you’ll be planning your next visit before the basket’s empty.

🍔 Burgers: Believe it or not, the burgers here are low-key legendary. Thick, juicy patties grilled to perfection, nestled in soft buns and loaded with flavor. Every topping, every sauce—it’s all dialed in. This isn’t your typical cheesesteak joint burger. This is gourmet comfort food with muscle.

🏁 Final Verdict: The Best of Philly Cheesesteak isn’t just a name—it’s a promise, and they keep it. Every bite is a ride through Philly’s finest, with pit stops in flavor heaven. From cheesesteaks that would make a Philly native weep, to wings and burgers that steal the spotlight, this spot is a must-visit.

✅ Friendly vibes ✅ Fast service ✅ Huge portions ✅ Every bite full of flavor

10/10 — Will race back with friends next time. This place is the...

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know what happened to this place. I hadn’t eaten here since we moved to Pinellas County, but we have moved back and decided to pick up an order for lunch for my entire family. I was super excited because I always remember the food here has been good. First off, I sat on hold to place the order for almost 10 minutes. When we pulled up to pick up the food, I expected it to be super busy, and there was only one person dining in. No one was in line. The workers also looked like they hadn’t showered in a month. I ordered a teriyaki chicken cheesesteak, and to my surprise, there is no more chicken cheesesteak. It’s just shredded chicken and teriyaki sauce. My fiancé ordered the gyro and the meat was hard, and the whole thing was falling apart. The chicken strips that we ordered for our son were way over cooked and dark. Same for the chicken breast on my daughters sandwich. Several hairs in gyro, quesadilla, and fries… when we called the restaurant to let them know the issues that we were having, they were only interested in talking over us and giving us excuses for every issue that we had. The person that my fiancé spoke with was very rude. She didn’t really care what h was going on. She said that they would remake our food and we told them that we didn’t want new food. We just wanted to let them know the issues that were going on. Her response was “sorry that you’re feeling that way.“ This place has just gone downhill. And then I realized that they have raised their prices. $65 in the trash. Worse food for more money? No thanks....
