Hudson Beach Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in Florida

We had a sweet Saturday at Hudson Beach Ice Cream Parlor at their Ice Cream 4 Breakfast event 🍨

I opted for their Belgian Waffle Sundae with Vanilla Gator Tracks ice cream, hot fudge drizzle, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

The ice cream was delicious enough to stand alone, and was chock full of tiny peanut butter cups. But pairing it with the Belgian waffle made it a gloriously decadent breakfast.

The space itself is nostalgic and charming. I’m a Florida native, and some of my favorite tourist spots have been ice cream shops near the water. But this place feels like it’s for the locals, too. The whole staff is friendly and quick to help, and the 50’s retro theming adds to the lighthearted vibe here.

This was not my first visit here, and I hope you’ll make this a regular stop as well. After all, we all deserve a little treat from time to time. And you can’t go wrong by supporting this beloved...

Order anything on the menu and you won't be dissapointed. This is a locas "secret place". I came in here with my brood while running errands once and it has become our family stop in Hudson. My boys always order the banana split and the Nathan's original hot dog, hubby the Mighty Dog along with a lemon italian ice, and I order the classic pumpkin pie or the orange creansickle float. The staff always greet us and make our order fast and correct. Their prices are VERY reasonable and won't break the bank if you stop by with your family. They offer high chairs for your kids and are very kid friendly and PATIENT. They have a super man icecream (pretty cool for kids becuase of all the colors) and birthday cake icecream that we recently tried and have become my boy's favorite. We came here for the iceceam 9 yrs ago but keep coming back for the service and great food.

I have been coming to his establishment for 4 years now and until today I have had nothing but wonderful interactions and excellent experiences. I always bring my dogs and everyone knows Kevin the English Mastiff bc he eats an ice cream cone in one bite!!! Tonight I brought him and my other dog for cones for Valentine’s Day and as per usual we went to the window. There were three ladies working and a long line in the parlor. We knew there would be a long wait and were fine with that (all good things are worth waiting for 😉). However in the over 30 mins we waited there not one of them acknowledged us, even with Kevin’s incessant pawing at the window lol. He just wanted them to know he was there, that was it.
