I’ve been dying to enjoy a meal at this amazing looking spot ever since we moved here a year & a half ago. I finally made it here with the family to celebrate my milestone birthday! The atmosphere was even better than expected. Live music, stage set up, scenery, comfort, cleanliness, bar swings, & bar aquarium were all amazing. I’m very disappointed to have to rate so low on service, but it was awful, starting with the attitude of the hostess. She was not friendly at all, sat our party of 7 at a table made up of two 4 tops pushed together, which left one of us having to dine on the crack where the uneven tables meet. While the bar was at capacity, the dining area was only about 25% full at lunch hour, so we added a third 4 top to make our seating more comfortable. This shouldn’t have been an issue since there were 7 of us & also there was an abundance of open tables. The hostess immediately came up to us in the most sarcastic & condescending way asking if we had a party of 8. She already knew the answer to this since we told her upon entry that we had a party of 7, and there were in fact 7 of us in front of her. We reminded her of this regardless, she huffed, rolled her eyes, & walked away. A server began walking around us stacking chairs & also seemed to be very put off by us using another table. Same server waited a good 5-10 minutes later before greeting us to take our drink order. No smile, no friendliness, only pure bitchiness on her face. I immediately made the decision to ask the manager for a new server…I was not going to let this girl’s attitude ruin my celebration. The manager made the change for us, but it’s important to note that she never apologized & never followed up to see how the rest of our experience went. This is completely unacceptable in the service industry & I was quite shocked. I do want to add that the new server who replaced the bitchy one did a great job & was very nice, service was just very slow, but we weren’t in a hurry. Lastly, the food was pretty disappointing. Not terrible, bit disappointing. My sister said the salmon bowl was really good. Husbands burger was very overpriced, dry, & lacked flavor. Son’s shrimp tacos were excellent & so was our bang bang shrimp appetizer. Oysters were very small & overcooked. Fried shrimp & chicken tenders had zero flavor. Shrimp were huge, which made up for the flavor some. But chicken tenders were as skinny as my fingers & also overcooked. Margaritas were good & the bar seemed to be the place to be. I’d definitely say I now understand why the place never seems to be full when I pass by. Very...

Review:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Bimini Bait, Shark Restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The experience that followed was nothing short of exceptional, leaving me no choice but to award this establishment a well-deserved five-star review.
First and foremost, let's talk about the oysters. Oh my, they were simply divine! Fresh, plump, and bursting with flavor, each bite was a true delight for the senses. The oysters were expertly prepared, and the presentation was impeccable. It's evident that the Bimini Bait, Shark Restaurant takes great pride in sourcing the finest seafood, and it truly shines through in their oyster selection.
However, what truly set this dining experience apart was the outstanding service we received. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their craft. From the moment we sat down, our server made us feel like valued guests, taking the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations tailored to our preferences. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly elevated our evening.
Throughout the meal, our glasses were never empty, and our needs were anticipated before we even had to ask. The staff's professionalism and friendliness created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel right at home. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and it made our dining experience all the more memorable.
In addition to the outstanding oysters and impeccable service, the ambiance of the Bimini Bait, Shark Restaurant was delightful. The decor was tasteful, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-appointed tables to the soothing background music, which added to the overall enjoyment of our evening.
Overall, our visit to the Bimini Bait, Shark Restaurant was an absolute delight. The combination of the best oysters we've ever tasted and the exceptional service we received made for an unforgettable dining experience. If you're a seafood lover seeking a top-notch culinary adventure, look no further than this gem of a restaurant. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star dining experience.

Read moreAs a hospitality professional I dislike having to write this review. Bimini has disappointed us every single time. We keep trying it hoping it’ll get better but this is our last time. I’m writing this review after multiple attempts.
We live 5 minutes away so we were really hoping to make this our local bar. You’re lucky if you get served a drink. Each time we’ve been they forget to put food in. ( they offer to buy your drinks when they realize they forgot) which is a typical response and appreciate the effort but forgetting to ring in an order is unacceptable.
Tonight we went to try it one last time, and didn’t even get served before walking out. The male bartender was huffing and puffing behind the bar. (There was only three couples sitting at the bar) I started a timer at 4:30 to see how long it would take to get a drink. We waiting until 4:48 without an acknowledgement at all from the bartender. He was just rolling his eyes. At this point we chose to leave. (I’m surprised we even waited that long..) still no acknowledgment. We chose to leave because that’s an absolutely ridiculous wait time. All this bartender had to do was walkover say hello and he’s busy. There’s no professionalism at all. We’ve had this bartender before and he clearly dislikes his job. Sir, please move on because it’s clear that the industry is way too much for you to handle. The couple sitting next to us walked out too. I’m not sure if it’s lack of training, or these bartenders don’t know how to handle volume. This bartender wasn’t even working service bar, they had another girl doing that. If you’re looking for a drink, or even food. There’s many other places to go that you’ll get prompt service. All this place has is a view. Typical tourist trap. I wish I could say more for their food but we’ve never received it dining other times at the bar.
Maybe this review is better off for bar service. It’s extremely disappointing. As a professional bartender and server I stared at that bar looking at potential to make the business money and the staff leave with money in their pocket. It’s chaos and disorganized and clearly needs a bar manager to whip these...
