Ah, prepare yourselves for a culinary odyssey that transcends mere sustenance and catapults you into the very realm of gastronomic divinity! I have just emerged from an extraordinary dining experience, one that has forever altered the very fabric of my being.

Now, let us talk about the service. Ah, the service! It was as if the waitstaff possessed a sixth sense, anticipating my every need with a grace and charm that could only be described as otherworldly. Each breakfast sandwich arrived at my table as if I was a king from Renaissance England, served with a reverence befitting a royal coronation. The servers, with their impeccable knowledge of the menu, guided me through the promised to be nothing short of life-altering bagels.

And now, the pièce de résistance: the food. Each bite was a revelation, a testament to the genius of the culinary artisans who toiled away in the kitchen. The flavors! Oh, the flavors! They caressed my taste buds with a tenderness that bordered on the romantic. Each layer of my sandwich was a piece of art. The eggs sculpted by Michealangelo; twas a work of art, a symphony of ingredients that sang in perfect harmony. The tender, succulent sausage melted in my mouth, the vegetables burst with freshness, and the eggs were a divine touch that transported me to the heavens.

In conclusion, dear reader, this dining experience was not merely a meal; it was a transcendental journey into the heart of culinary excellence. It was an operatic aria of flavors, a ballet of service, and a symphony of sensations that will forever linger in my memory. If you seek not just food but an experience that will touch your very soul, I implore you to visit this gastronomic haven. It is, without a doubt, a culinary pilgrimage that you simply cannot afford to miss.

The only flaw I could give was that the owner was...

When Bite a Bagel shop just opened several years ago I was really happy to have a bagel store in our neighborhood. Owners and workers were always nice and helpful. Food was delicious and variety of bagels and spreads was great Unfortunately since last year I noticed some changes started happening. Workers though are still nice and polite but it looks like they do not pay attention to what customers are ordering. Last year several times and this year probably 3-4 times I received orders but it was not what I wanted. For example, instead of flavored spread I got plain or instead of turkey I got ham on my sandwich or even requesting light cream cheese or mayo came out as double of regular portion. Also noted that amount of lox on their lox sandwich significantly decreased A lot of times several bagels were not available and I had to choose from what was there at that time, this was never an issue when store just opened Maybe for someone it’s not a big deal but me being on the road a lot I usually eat when I am driving and do not look inside of my bag right away expecting I will have what I ordered there and when I realize that my sandwich was made wrong I can’t come back to tell them this right away because I am usually already far away on a highway That is really upsetting and it happened multiple times to me already including today So all those things make me think that this store is slowly going downhill which is...

I want to give this place 5 stars so bad because the people are friendly and the food is amazing, but only if you walk into the store to wait in line and order.

I've ordered in person and it has been perfect every time. However, every time I order take out I feel like I am being taken for a ride. Never once when ordering take out have they toasted the bagel I ordered like they will do if you order in person, nor have they used the correct cream cheese. They will give me plain cream cheese every time instead of the Jalapeno cream cheese that the Brooklyn is supposed to come with. I will also constantly end up with my "back up bagel" option when ordering online even if there are clearly a dozen if my first choice sitting there behind the counter. I've ordered take out both online and over the phone and this happens every time, even when specifically mentioning the cream cheese the sandwich is meant to come with and requesting it toasted.

It's just really disappointing seeing a place be so awesome if you're there in person, but they treat ordering to go as just a license to be lazy. Cannot recommend if you're ordering to go, which will be...

This by far is the best bagel place in Northeast Florida! It is truly difficult to find a decent bagel around Jacksonville and Saint Augustine however, this is a true local owned gem! The bagels are prepared fresh with a variety of flavors including ghost pepper bagel (not something I'm brave enough to try. They had ample pumpernickel bagel, which is one of my favorites and they will cut them through a machine for free. The customer service is outstanding. I was greeted with a smile and she was very patient as I was selecting the bagels. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting and has a small hint of a New York deli. Even though it's a bit of a drive, it was worth every single mile! Between the outstanding bagels and the customer service you cannot go wrong here.

I’m not really an everyday-I-have-a-bagel type of person, but I know when I’ve had the real deal. This place is the real deal. I actually got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and cheese…the bagel was the highlight. And that’s saying something cause usually it’s the other way around. The knocked off star is because there was only two pieces of bacon and they were basically burnt. If I go back, it’s going to be for a bagel with some cream cheese. It’s also very small in there, so if you plan on sitting down you might want to get there early. If it’s the weekend and it’s later in the day, you might want to call ahead to order.

I got a platter of bagels and some cream cheese for Mother’s Day. The bagels were delicious and soft, and the cream cheese (I got veggie) was fantastic and freshly made. My regular order is a Jersey Pork Roll on an asiago bagel with a smear of veggie cream cheese. Give it a try if you haven’t already! In addition to the wonderful food, the staff are incredibly friendly, efficient and kind. Online ordering is convenient, but I wish there were a tip option! The few times I’ve had issues with an order, the staff, manager and owners are always quick to help. Thanks for the spectacular food and service!
