Brendy's Yogurt & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Florida

I’ve been going to this place for ice-cream for close to 4 years now. They always have had the best flavors and never disappointed. Tonight when I went there and was enjoying my ice-cream, with my family of 4, the person working there (Kiki) walks to our table and told us to walk out of the store and sit outside. When I asked her why I should go out and sit she said she needed to clean, I asked her what time was the closing and she said it was 10:45pm and she was asking us to leave at 10:15pm. I had a 5yr old and a 10yr old with me on the table, who I had to unwillingly take out while they were in the middle of eating. I was really mad at Kiki for her behavior, her colleague saw that and came out and apologized to us, while Kiki came out and started arguing that she needs to clean as she can’t wait till closing as it gets late for her to get home. I’m not sure what kind of customer service this place is providing, but my day definitely didn’t turn sweet after eating that ice cream. While we sat out and finished our ice cream, I learnt there were another bunch of customers thrown out of the store before us for the same reason. My daughter had a good day at school so I thought I’d treat her to an ice cream place. We pass this place 100 times but this is my first stop inside. I walk in and it has a very strong smell that’s not sweet and delicious it’s more something that that makes you lose your appetite. I order an ice cream for her and I ask for rainbow sprinkles. The ice cream scoop they had looked dirty and before I got a chance to cancel the order she started scooping rainbow sprinkles on. I looked over at all the toppings and I was immediately stunned and disgusted. I understand ice cream melts and drips but the inside of all their sprinkles was really clumpy and you can see mold. I started looking around a little more thoroughly than I did previously and Started to realize that if I let my daughter or myself eat here one of us is probably going to get sick. So I canceled my order and we left. I don’t understand how this place is open. Next time My daughter has a good day I’ll drive a few minutes...

I love the frozen yogurt free and fat free. The only reason I'm giving it three stars is because I was promise to follow the health guidelines. In a pandemic or not. When I walked in the girl was playing with her hair I asked her if she could wear gloves She told me she just finished washing them. So I said I just saw you playing with your hair and your face.
