Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

I went there yesterday for lunch from my second job at a car wash down the road. I had ordered in the app, which I do almost every time I order from BK. Both the front cashier and supposedly the manager told me I didn’t complete my order. I explained that I did, it says April your order is on the way. (Which means ordered and paid for.) Not to mention my card was charged $5 and some change. I tried to show them my phone and very rudely the “manager” stated, I don’t need to see your phone, it’s not in our system. I said well I have had it happen before at other locations and they can somehow find it by digging…. She again very rudely said, it’s not in our system. She tried to act like I was being hostile and up until this point I had not raised my voice or anything to them. Long story short, it had gone to the wrong location and I didn’t realize it at the time. However, had they just looked at the app response on my phone instead of being rude and unhelpful. I would have reordered to the right location. Now, come hell or high water, I will NEVER order at this location again. I will...

The younger mixed girl who was taking my order had a terrible attitude from the start. I politely ordered my food and proceeded to order my friends meal. After ordering it and seeing the price for a bacon king meal (like 15 bucks with tax) my friend decided to change his order. After telling the girl he wanted to change orders , she paused and didn’t say anything for 5 minutes. I then heard some talking on the other end of the mic , and asked “hello did you get that?” And a black man angrily replied “I wasn’t talking to you!”

They took 15 minutes to put my order together and when I checked it they forgot the fries, sauce AND the cheesy tots. The girl got mad at me when I told her , walked away again for 5 mins then finally returned without bringing me the sauce I had asked for. Mind you I ordered 3 8 piece chicken nuggets. Finally after my third time asking for sauce she brought me 1 ranch and one bbq sauce. For 24 nuggets. What a joke this place is. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude....

This location IS. THE. ABSOLUTE. WORST. ESPECIALLY, the drive-thru!!! It doesn't matter if you're the ONLY CAR placing and order...even a A SMALL order i.e. A soft drink and a single cheeseburger! The location severely lacks courtesy, a sense of urgency, and flat out General Customer Service!! Inside is dirty, dusty, drink machines are filthy & moldy. Tea Urns, that should be cleaned everytime new tea is brewed (yes, even the nozels come a part & need to be scrubbed) are digsuting and you can tell they don't adhere to hold/diapose times on the teas b/c when you lift the lid, you can see a film floating on top...ya, that shouldn't be there (old/ sour tea May TASTE fine..maybe a little funky but can make you VERY sick) in conclusion, STAY AWAY. I'D GIVE ZERO STARS OF THAT WAS ON OPTION! And, if you find yourself HAVING to go through the drive-thru, I hope have some time on your hands...be prepared for an AT LEAST 30 minute wait....which mean by the time you actually get your order..it's...
