Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

My husband and I stopped at Burger King to pickup an early dinner. There was only one car ahead as we pulled up to the drive-thru order screen. The female employee spoke so fast, we couldn't understand what she said. As we tried to ask a question about a combo meal, she didn't seem to have any idea what we were asking and rudely said, if there's nothing else, pull foward. But we hadn't ordered anything yet. We then tried to say we wanted to order cheese tots with our burgers. She interrupted my husband, bluntly said we're out of those and again said, pull forward. At the pickup window we were kept waiting several minutes. She didn't acknowledge us. There was no apology for keeping us waiting. No smile, thank you, or have a nice day. Nothing was said, nor did she make eye contact as our food was shoved out the window toward my husband. While our dinner was tasty, the customer service we had just received was HORRIBLE and for that reason, my husband refuses to ever patronize that Burger King...

Burger King has become our go-to place. We've always enjoyed Burger King a few times a month but recently it's been a few times a week. Between their deals and their coupons they have become cheaper than McDonald's and you get much more quality food for a better price. My son and I always order original chicken sandwiches and their chicken nuggets I'm not a fan of their hamburgers but for chicken they are definitely the chk King. Make sure to look in the app or in your paper or mail for their coupons they are amazing. Now the reason I'm writing this a four instead of a five is because the location looks a tad rundown the sign is basically gone out front and you can see the light bulbs. But the employees are using nice and always get our food pretty quick. I can't say much for the inside because I always get drive through but the outside with the property itself seems a little bit like they could do more to clean it up and make it look a bit more professional...

On Friday, December 1st, I stopped at this burguer king, I came in and ordered food for two people, the cashier was very kind, they gave us the food and we sat down to eat, soon a young man of Hispanic origin approached, in a rude way and with a very loud voice he tells me that I have to leave the restaurant because he has to close, I answered that he has to wait for me to finish, he got mad and started shouting at me, the manager came out and told him to shut up, I take him to the back and from there he kept screaming a lot of rudeness, in no time I got up from my chair, I just listened to him, I asked him if he had any problem that he called 911, he identified me as US CITIZENS and the person who he accompanied me spoke in Spanish and did not understand anything about what happened, on Saturday I sent a report to the Burguer King offices, that person should not be...
