I recently visited Capriotti's Sub Shop and I must say, I was blown away by the quality of their food and service.
I have tried a variety of subs from their menu, including the Cheese Steak, BBQ, Italian, Hot Bobbie, and Tuna, and I can confidently say that I have not had a bad sub yet. Each sub was expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that were bursting with flavor. The bread was perfectly toasted and provided the perfect texture to each sub.
One thing that really impressed me about Capriotti's was the level of care that they put into each sub. The staff took the time to ensure that each sub was made to order with the exact specifications requested by the customer. It was clear that they take pride in their work and are committed to providing the best possible experience to their customers.
In addition to the amazing food, the customer service at Capriotti's was outstanding. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a positive one. They even offered helpful suggestions and recommendations for subs that I might enjoy based on my preferences.
Overall, I highly recommend Capriotti's to anyone looking for a delicious, high-quality sub. The quality of the food, the exceptional customer service, and the reasonable prices make this sub shop a standout in my book. I will definitely be returning for more amazing subs...
Read moreHad lunch here a couple Sundays ago with my wife and son. Everyone behind the counter was quietly working and said nothing as we approached the counter to order. That was no big deal, just figured they are busy and we looked at the menu till someone came to the register. In a short few moments, a girl came to the register and just looks at me, says nothing, but just staring at me. So, I say hello and she forces out a hello back, then gets quiet on me again. I tell her this was our first time to this sandwich shop to try and get some sort of reaction or insight about the menu, you know, hospitality. Anyway, I push through and ordered the Italian, my wife ordered a cheesesteak, and my son got a turkey with cheese. At this time, I’m perplexed as to what’s going on and I don’t even think about asking what type of condiments come with the sandwich or anything and go sit down after paying nearly 60 bucks for three sandwiches, two drinks and a bag of chips. My Italian sandwich was so dry. It literally was meat, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on bread, nothing else. I think she managed to sprinkle a little bit of Italian seasoning on top, but that was it. To top it off, I hit 15% tip when I was cashed out, but never again. Good luck! BTW, My wife did say she liked her Philly...
Read moreDamn, where has this place been? I'm not big on Chain Spots but when something is good it's good. Had the Wagyu Cheese Steak and Tried the Ruban. Wife had the Hot Bobby. All three were outstanding The Capastrami is good with Great pastrami and Coleslaw is On Point (Needs Salt). My Complaint on this was it didn't work for me on the Sub Roll. Pumpernickel or Rye would of been the ticket
Wife Loved her Hot Bobby, I found it Dry and really am not one that should comment on one of these. She loved it so much she wanted to go back a few days later for another.
Cheesesteak is the Star. Added Pickles, Olives, More Onions and some hot peppers.. and NO GO on Mushrooms. This is a Really Good Cheese Steak. I've had them in town that are tastier (Pizza Pie on LOL Blvd) but those are usually Small, and NOT customizable and leave you hungry. This bad Boy was HUGE in the medium size and 100% FAT BOY APPROVED! Juicy Meat. Really High Quality Meat. NOT DRY. Great bread! Really was Delicious!
We will Be back. Need to Try the Homemade Turkey Next!
Also the girl working there was super nice and the guy working the griddle cooks...
