So the inside of this place kind of looks like you're playing the game Minecraft. One wall is all pebbles, one is slate tile and the other is faux brick. It is definitely not the kind of place I would want to sit down and try to enjoy a meal, but it serves its function for good Chinese takeout. Normally this place is pretty on top of their game, but last night they were clearly overwhelmed. What was supposed to be a 10 to 15 minute wait turned into 35 minutes. Kudos to the young woman who was juggling answering the phone taking orders, handing out food and child care without breaking a sweat. I don't know what her story is but she is clearly a extremely hard worker who handles stress incredibly well. Kudos to her! Food is pretty good here. Typical American Chinese food. Definitely...

It's just that with sweet and sour with any meat choice in the way I've always been served Chinese comes with the sauce sautéed with cucumbers 🥒, 🍍 pineapple and usually carrots. This came with no veggies just the battered meat and the sauce on the side. Icky sticky sauce. The fried rice was Yellow like paella 🥘. Not brown rice. The wonton soup had no other veggies in it only wonton and pork 🐖 broth. It was ok. My Rents had already warned me of the Chinese food was different down here. So much so that I would not order the egg rolls because it's more like a spring roll. I hate cabbage in egg rolls. The service...
