Healthy Pho - Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Florida

We really looked forward to coming to Healthy Pho as we have been seeking good Pho for the past 4 years living in Florida. This was good. We started with Fresh Rolls with vegetables only, and it was crisp and satisfying. The peanut sauce was good, and the chili oil (we asked for hot options) was very flavorful and packed some heat. Cleaning the inside of the container every day would be recommended before bringing it to the table. I got the Vegetable Pho with Vegetable Broth, and my wife got the Vegetable Pho with Beef Broth. We wanted to try each. The bowls were HUGE. One size, 8 person hot tub size!!! Wow. Awesome value!! Our server brought us the garnish for us to add when the soup arrived. Beautiful Thai Basil, sliced jalapeños, lime wedges, and crispy crunchy bean sprouts. The vegetable broth was less salty than I expected, and in fact, it could have used a bit of salt. However, the vegetable flavor was from stock made in the house. I kept wondering how amazing that stock could be if they roasted the vegetables before cooking them down. Just a thought. Vegetables were cut with precision, and the noodles were proper texture. Very good. The beef broth was again, house made, and light on salt. You can always add salt, so I would rather the lighter flavor be the option. Same knife skills on the vegetables. Also very good. We also ordered the Vegetable Fried Rice as it just seemed like we needed to know how it tasted. We were not disappointed at all. Very flavorful, proper vegetable cuts and again, a generous portion. So we made a dent in our servings but had to pack it up for next day lunch. The server packed it for us being sure to drain the broth in a separate container so the rice noodle did not dissolve. Where do I start! From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the friendly staff to the moment we left everything was amazing.

We were promptly advised we could choose our table and within moments of sitting Reggie came over, introduced himself and said that Kelly our server would be right with us but he would go ahead and take our drink orders and left us with menus.

Beverages arrived shortly thereafter and soon Kelly showed up to the table to ask if we had any questions. As this was our first visit we asked if she would review the menu with us. With a smile (behind the mask) but very visible through her eyes and demeanor she went over the menu in detail, answered our questions, gave us some great insights and wow was I impressed.

We ordered the shrimp spring rolls and crab Rangoon for appetizers and she left us to go over the menu. We had a hard time choosing but both wound up picking a pho. My husband chose the classic chicken noodle pho and I chose the Deluxe Egg noodle which is chicken broth, egg noodle soup with pork, shrimp, fish cake, quail eggs. Oh and he got the highly recommended pork chop as a side! That chop was tender and tasty. I can’t believe he ate the whole thing!

We also got an item to go so we could split for lunch tomorrow - well we may be eating leftovers for lunch AND dinner tomorrow. Portions were plenty, the service Kelly provided was five star + and the food was A+ amazing. If I could give them more than five stars I would!.

We will definitely become regulars as there are so many things on the menu I want to try

Update: I can't say enough good things about Healthy Pho! The food is amazing! Every. Single. Time. The service is next level! Example: Today I noticed that they didn't have the chili sauce they usually do. I asked if they had any substitute. Reggie, our server went out of his way to bring me some of the chili oil they make in the back and he even minced a Thai bird chili for me! It was perfect! Check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

Just to add to my review. My wife and I have been there multiple times and we have brought guests as well. We have ALWAYS been delighted with the SERVICE and the excellent quality of the dishes that they serve. The last time, Mary was our server. Fast, Friendly and Professional! What a treat! The food? Outstanding! You have GOT to give them a try!

First Time here for my wife and myself. She ordered a chicken noodle soup and I ordered the shrimp cabbage salad. We also had the pork egg rolls as an appetizer. The food was still delicious and FRESH! Service was great and fast and the price was reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

We've been back many times since our first visit above and I can confidently say this is BY FAR my favorite place to go! EVERY DISH we've tried had been DELICIOUS! Although ALL the staff are friendly and professional, Kelly really has been outstanding for us. It's also evident that the owners, who come from Vietnam, are proud off their culture and food.
