China City — Restaurant in Florida

I placed my order online at 4:59 p.m. I went to the store to pick up my order at 5:30 and they didn't know anything about it. She pulled up her phone and found my order and then just started making it. I had in the comment line no mushrooms please. After my order was finally ready I drove home which is about a 25 to 30 minute drive. We got home and guess what!? There were mushrooms in two of our orders! When I called the store to let them know that they ignored our instructions he said well you should put it after each item not at the bottom. I guess that was their excuse for not reading directions. Had this been my son's order we would have been going to the hospital because he is severely allergic to mushrooms. Terrible customer service. There are too many restaurants in this area and a lot of competition for someone to treat their customers that way. They didn't even offer to replace our food he said maybe next time I come in I can have two free egg...

Please do not order from here!!! I’ve ordered from this restaurant numerous times. Recently, I’ve noticed a huge decline in quality. I never write reviews, but now having read the reviews of others and from my latest experience I felt I had to. In the past, the food was decent, not much flavor, but not horrible. I ordered a sesame chicken combination. Aside from the fortune cookie and crispy noodles being old and stale with flavorless rice my chicken was completely rotten. I don’t write reviews because I understand everyone makes mistakes and sometimes things happen, but the other reviews on here let me know this is common practice. I called the restaurant to let them know. I didn’t want anything in return just that no one else get served that chicken. All she said in response was “Ok.” I reiterated that the chicken was bad and again her response was, “Ok”. There was no concern and I’m sure they continued to serve that chicken!...

This place is not taking care of the business. Twice we ordered to pick up. The time we ordered online through the app they use we got there and they were filling walk in orders before ours at the time we were told. That order was filled with the wrong sauce and was tasteless. Then the second time we actually called the order in. We got home and the ticket clearly said shrimp with broccoli but what we got was beef with broccoli. I called. After much yelling in Chinese, they asked if we wanted to bring it back to get what we ordered. I said no. Then they offered 2 egg rolls with our next order. What a joke! Never again. And if anyone orders from here you must pull out the food from the bag while you are there to make sure you have what you ordered. These people are Incompetent and do not even care. The icing on the cake. They hung up on me while I was waiting...
