At this location this is what youâll have to deal with, some uncooked or day old bread, when you ask for new bread (because the one theyâre trying to give you is old) theyâll try to up charge you, or just argue, that seems to be the owners standard here just argue. I know a lot has changed since the time I worked at a subway, but I was never told the best way to treat all customers is by being very rude to them. Subway to me has always been known for freshly made bread (daily) not whatever we donât sell the day before well just pass it along the next day , why not the customers donât get to pick it , they wonât know until they bite into it , at this location youâll get super thin slices of veggies almost transparent so we can make money on barely giving the customers any on their sandwiches, with rising food costs youâre not getting a sandwich at this location you get nothing but air , truly the best diet out there , you almost have to beg them to make a sandwich the way you want it and even then prepare yourself for an argument, better off going next door to Publix and have a real sandwich made for the money, no one can say youâll regret it thatâs for sure , I think he subway corporate office need to go in and do a secret shopper type of situation there, I have to label this subway location the worst of all...
Read moreMy husband and I ordered sandwiches online as part of the $6.99 any footlong deal, and the experience was beyond disappointing. When we picked up our order, my husband's sandwich had quite literally five spinach leaves, and mine was missing most of the pickles and jalapeùos - even though the receipt clearly stated "more." On top of that, both sandwiches were drenched in dressing, making them soggy and unappetizing.
When we politely asked for the missing ingredients, the two employees working rudely told us, "It's a $6.99 sub, so no, I didnât load it up." We explained that regardless of a coupon, we should still receive what we ordered, but instead of fixing it, they lectured us about corporate portioning and insisted they didnât have to give us more. After some back-and-forth, they begrudgingly added the missing toppings but made it clear that next time they wouldnât. They even told us we should have ordered together (we had two separate orders) as if that somehow justified the poor service.
We wonât be coming back to this location, and I wouldnât recommend it to anyone else either. Next time, Iâll be going to the Publix next door for a sub actually...
Read moreI have never had a bad experience with Subway until the day of 4/14/21. I got a Turkey sub with spinach, tomatoes, and banana peppers, (including condiments). The veggies were not fresh, and the bread was stale. I called the store and spoke with the person who was in charge, and I explained to her that the sandwich was not good, and I got very sick from it while I was at work. The lady is charge then told me that she has never had any customer complain of the experience I just had, she told me not to blame it on the sandwich, that it was probably just me. She told me she gets a lot of customers and nobody ever returns their food or even calls to ask for a refund. She was very rude and I got upset with her. I didn't even attempt to go in there with my receipt, because she had me so mad. I paid $9.85 for a foot long that I didn't get to enjoy. Someone then connected me via email the same day, and I explained my experience, and they never got back to me. I will never go to that...
