Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Overall the food was decent here. Over the past year I have eaten here probably 7 or 8 times. And every time I've been here the store has been filthy dirty!! There are three garbage cans and the front of the store and every time I've been here without fail they are overflowing with garbage! Also every time there is food all over the countertops of the tables usually on the seats as well and of course all types of food wrappers and napkins all over the floor. And as I look on the floor next to the cash register because that's the only area that I can see the floor is filthy dirty covered with all kinds of food debris and other items. There appears to be no concern whatsoever with keeping the restaurant clean very poor Management in this area!! Another issue that I find very perplexing is the fact that both the doors on the west side and the north side have a defective return mechanism. I'm not sure what you call the thing that attaches to the top of the door that pulls the door shut after it's been opened but that's what I'm referring to. Well I'm both the doors this thing is broken so when somebody opens the door the door then slams shut and I'm surprised that the glass hasn't broken yet!! This is an inconvenience more than anything but it could also cause an injury to a small child or an elderly person who is caught off guard by the door slamming shut as they're entering or exiting the facility. And again this problem has existed at least for 6 months that I am aware of maybe more! I find that absolutely outrageous that the manager at this facility has not addressed this problem after...

Absolutely terrible service. My wife and I went to get food after a long day at work. We ordered Bowls and asked for double chicken. The woman serving us gave us enough for one order of chicken each and moved us along to the topping line, putting that small red triangle indicating we had gotten double. When asked to put a little more, she said she would charge us triple if she added more. I told the next lady that my "triple" was actually a double. She proceeded to forcefully empty my bowl and serve me a double, which ended up being a single again. I said that that was single and to put more, where she proceeded to forcefully empty the bowl once more and showed me the "correct" serving size, using one of those small cups. I ended up with a serving size fit for a child. Meanwhile, my wife asked for Guac on her bowl and noticed the serving size was also too small. They used essentially a teaspoon to serve her guacamole. She asked for more, and the woman said she would get charged double for more.

Overall, this place has gone far below what amounts to a decent restaurant. I used to come here all the time and the staff was friendly and understood the meaning of a serving size.

Just because there are a ton of people in line to get food does not diminish our need for food in any way, especially with children-like serving sizes.

I highly recommend you go to Cantina Grill instead, as they are way more patient and understand than the people behind the counter at this Chipotle restaurant. It is not far, on the corner of 152 st and 137 ave, and they give you more option for the same or...

Not sure where to even start. We were greeted with eye rolls. Asked for plain white rice and the lady caught an attitude and then asked who else will want white rice, I guess to avoid walking to wherever they keep it, several times. I was then asking for the toppings I wanted on my dish and when I asked for extra cheese, a female named Alicia started yelling, and said “GIVE ME A CHANCE, IMMA GIVE YOU EXTRA”. I then asked her, “wait, are you screaming at me??”, this then upset her more apparently and the first female to give us attitude about the rice then got involved and they both started saying God knows what under their breaths (sounded like curse words). The Alicia girl then proceeded to close my order up in foil (was never asked if it was “to-go” or for “dine-in”; it was to dine in), but she proceeded to close the foil and then I explained I wasn’t done adding toppings. This is when they both mumbled more curse words and the initial rude one went back to get someone else while yelling “UH UH NAH, SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS TO HELP THESE xxxxx xxxx”. This third person, who I’m assuming they complained about us to, came to help us and was very polite. She finished our order and we were good to go. God has a sense of humor though, because they were apparently not comfortable, or lacking energy to help my family of four, but when we sat to eat our food, approximately 60 soldiers (from, I’m assuming, a nearby army base) entered and they were making orders to keep them busy for at least an hour or two....
