You clearly don’t like bad reviews as I can see , these are facts ! Use this to help improve service instead answering here with excuses on every bad review you get. Not my party but I cancelled the items we did not get only after it took over twenty minutes to get two lemonades and a choco bread with cheese ! your employee did not even bother working on them but instead went to go ring up after more people came in, meanwhile we were sat already eating the items we did get without drinks ! What restaurant leaves you without drinks for over twenty minutes? Again, stick to one customer if you can’t handle multiple orders ! Simple ! She forgot ! No confusion ! Just bad customer service. Train and pay attention to your employees better instead of having so much energy answering here with excuses. Use that energy to teach customer service to your employees. Simple ! I’ve read on your previous answers which are “so professional “ in your part always a cussing the customer .

While running errands in the area we walked into this bakery, so the lady was friendly and said good morning, my wife proceeds to place an order so she handles that and walks away without asking anything else ? So I stand there waiting to place my order but she doesn’t return, she starts ringing other customers up. Another lady working there asked me if I was being helped and I tell her she was helping but she she’s helping other people now and she says ok wait for her …. I was confused 🤔, so she finally comes back and I go ahead and place my order and she says ok for here or to go ? We say for here so she says ok go sit down, again I’m confused 🤔. She brings the order and we are missing the choco bread with cheese or whatever you call it that my wife ordered and we don’t get the drinks either a natural lemonade coco and a natural lemonade . We are there for ten minutes sitting down waiting for these things we ordered and she’s ringing other people up ? If she can’t handle one simple order why is she trying to handle multiple orders at once . We ended up canceling the bread with cheese and the drinks after 20 minutes because she just forgot what she was doing in the first place. I’ll never return here again, I’ll drive a little further and go to the bakery on Deerfield BLVD. that place had never failed me. Horrible service ! Lady needs training , also this may help !! Chicken empanadas are really good. I agree they are pricey. I also like the bread with the cheese inside and out (don’t know what they call it). I saw the papa rellena and asked what was in it, the guy said rice, beef and egg. It was pretty big and it struck my curiosity. Didn’t realize it would cost a lil over $5 for one papa rellena, maybe if it was tasty I’d say it was worth it but I was sorely disappointed. The papa rellena was stuck to the paper and so he put it in the container like that. It was soggy and tasteless. I ate one fourth of it and it sits in my fridge waiting for garbage day. It was a waste of $5. Don’t buy the papa rellena! Save your money. I like the empanadas and the bread but I only go once in a blue moon. Update: I bought the bread Tuesday around 1-2p, the bread had gotten mold the following day by 8pm. So...

Great chicharron con arepas and pan de bono! The pan de bono was huge and buttery, cheesy all the way like only pan de bono can be and slightly sweet. Very filling. The chicharron was fresh and warm and came with lime wedge and arepas. The arepas were white corn style, soft and fresh. I thought I’d miss my favorite vinegar sauce with the chicharron but the lime was good and the chicharron flavor was great!

Good music videos supply the background music: Marc Antony when I was there. I ordered at the counter but table service was fast and there was a good amount of patrons there today. You can tell it’s a local favorite. Relaxed people of different generations enjoying the food and getting together.
