Terrible and RUDE staff, not even close to what Hard Rock Hospitality standards should be. I stopped with a group of friends, they ordered they stuff and I bought two chocolates in a separated order. Teresa at the cashier was in a hurry between printing receipts and calling the other staff to come over. While a very nice short haired lady took care of my friends. I waited forever for someone to take care of me, a very simply order as grab 2 chocolates from the fridge and hand it to me. Michael the guy who was called to come to help me out, decided to prepare the customer AFTER me order before mine, which was 3 coffees. It’s completely unbelievable to me that I had to wait for him to complete the next persons order until I started complaining about how much longer I had to wait to be handed two chocolates. He was excusing himself about being “short-staffed” I completely understand that part what it’s unbelievable is that I had to wait for this person to complete a more complex order to the customer AFTER I repeat again AFTER me, that was absolutely disrespectful. Love this place! My boyfriend and I come to Hard Rock all of the time and it’s so nice to have a quick, delicious, and conveniently located coffee shop in between the casinos. They have a special which includes a small drip Lavazza coffee and a huge cookie of your choice for $4. The coffee is TO DIE FOR and I’m a total convert from Starbucks to Lavazza now because of this place. The cookies are also consistently fresh and delicious! What a disappointment!! The worst ever cappuccino. The cookie with the word gooey in the description was anything but gooey. Tasted like a Duncan Hines cake cookie. What is worse, when I confronted the so called Chef, he made excuses and never bothered to offer a refund or exchange even though I CLEARLY said it failed on meeting my expectations.
