I wish I can leave 0 stars. I came in today around 8pm, I asked for 2 bahama mamas and the lady prepared it wrong it had no flavor it tasted like melted ice. I went back in because I didn’t think it was fair to me to spend 17$ on 2 smoothies that had no flavor. When I go back in I asked the same lady that prepared the smoothie kindly if she could re make it because it tasted like melted ice and she just looked at me grab the smoothies from my hand and threw them. So I assumed she was going to remake it and took a seat. All this literally took over 30 minutes when all I wanted was a smoothie the same one I always get, well she remade it and told the lady from the register who originally took my order can you remake these for me and then she literally re made them but it was the one who had made them at first, because I go back to my car thinking now they will taste better and then after taking a sip it literally taste the same . No flavor. Melted ice. I called them asked to speak with management and she answered the call the lady that made the smoothie and told me I’m the one who made your smoothie I apologize but there is no manager and asked to transfer me to the lady who had taken my order and then continued to say “hello” “hello” acting as if she couldn’t hear me. Then I called back again and asked for her name which I’m assuming you had to make it up, she said Carolisa. I’m trying my best to describe in most detail my horrible experience as I will never be getting a smoothie from here again. My husband and I usually go there every week and they taste very good. But today was just awful. And even the people parked next to us asked me you too? It taste weird right. I really hope the owner or higher management sees this review and can handle this matter I lost 17$ today and waited over 30 mins just for a smoothie to be remade and still turned out with no taste but hopefully this could be readdressed for the next customer. I was told who took my order today was Carolisa the same one who made it twice and answered the phone and didn’t even want to help me speak to management or the lady who took my order. Read moreI am very disappointed in the service my husband and I just received! Today, Sunday December 1st my husband and I came in jolly and full of joy after returning from our holiday travels. We ordered and waited for our smoothie. Upon calling our name to pick up, my husband asked the young lady who made the smoothie, if there was any extra leftover. The man who rang us up ‘David’ interjected and said there isn’t much left. I had taken a look and saw that the blender still had smoothie left from my husband’s order. I said to my husband, there is actually a little bit left. He said hey what’s left in there can we have it and Dave turned to us and said no! My husband said is that a rule of is that you saying no. Dave said you did not pay for it and we will not give it to you. I asked Dave, “you would rather throw it away than give what’s left to a paying frequent paying customer?” He said yes. I asked, “okay so then how much would you charge for the left over smoothie?” Dave picked up the blender and said $5.23 for something that wouldn’t even fill a kids cup. Words were exchanged afterwards and we left.
I am extremely dissatisfied at the way ‘Dave’ treated us. We have never received this type of service nor discrimination and we will not be returning to this location if this type of service is continuously received. Read moreThis place has terrible customer service. There was only one worker in at the time I arrived at the cafe around 1:30. Nothing was said to me at all when I walked in. I waited 35 minutes watching the employee only make online orders. While waiting in the front of the line for 35 minutes, a girl worker came in, went in the back, came to the front, started mopping, then was asked to take the orders of people in line by the fed up customers, which then she responded "It's my first day" then kept mopping. After she finished mopping, she got her bag from the back, and just left the store. Whenever the employee was spoken to, he said "My manager told us to do all of the online orders before helping those who walk in". Then I had my order taken after not being greeted for that whole 35 minutes. I only got my order taken because I spoke up about waiting that long. Once I got my order taken, it took an extra 25 minutes to make my two smoothies. While watching the employee make my smoothies, I noticed how dirty the blenders and surrounding areas were. Once I recieved my smoothies I took a sip of both and they were both watered down and bland. I did not even bother to ask him to make it again because I was tired of waiting and didn't want to have to wait another 30 minutes. I ended up leaving at 2:30 after I got only two smoothies.
