*My experience was so terrible last time I came here I had to change my review. I always place a curbside order. I live over an hour away so I like to know my order is ready when I arrive and nothing is sold out. As I always do I placed my order and started my drive. By the time I arrived I was about 10 minutes early so I just waited in my vehicle. When it became time to pick up I clicked the "I am here" button and waited for my order to show up.
10 minutes passed by and I was thinking my order was delivered to the wrong car because my app told me "hope you enjoy the cookies". So I decided to give them a call since the line was out the door and through the parking lot. I waited on the phone and was caller 2. A few minutes passed by and I became caller 1. 10 minutes goes by, 20, 30. At this point I had been waiting for about an hour. No one came out no one answered my call. At this point I was very annoyed since now I had an hour drive in rush hour traffic. I decided to get in line since there was no other option clearly. I saw someone going out for curbside orders and asked them what was going on. They went I side and 2 minutes later brought out my cookies.. no apology no nothing. I do not know how any business runs this way. How does no one answer the phones. This will more than likely be my last visit due to the terrible service. I am so dissapointed since the cookies are clearly good enough to drive over an hour. Changing my 5 star to a 1 star.
These cookies are amazing. I drive over an hour just to pick up. I absolutely love that their cookies...
Read moreWe finally got around to trying Crumbl, personally I wasn't impressed. My daughter enjoyed it a bit more than I did. We tried Banana Bread, Chocolate Milk, Dirt Cake & Strawberry Cake. According to my daughter's ratings from best to blah: 😅 #1 was the Dirt Cake #2 Banana Bread #3 Strawberry Cake (she said its a bit too sweet) and the blah was #4 Chocolate Milk (she said it tasted like skim milk with some chocolate). As for myself they were ok, but $15 for 4 cookies worth of good? We can agree to disagree lol. My least favorite was tie between Chocolate Milk (tasted like watery chocolate milk) and Dirt Cake (tasted a bit overcooked and a bit on the dark chocolate profile). The Banana Bread was good but the banana flavor needed a boost, and it also had a bit of a strange after taste. The Strawberry was good, but wow I agree with my daughter too sweet. So I couldn't resist and I looked up the nutritional facts to see what was the ingredients in the banana bread, but my curiosity got the best of me regarding the sweetness of the Strawberry Cake, and let me tell you a Whole Strawberry Cake cookie is 840 calories and has 84g of added sugar. I typically don't care about nutritional facts since I'm more about flavor, but I was next level shocked because with calories and sugar like that this cookie should be out of this world. I would say Crumbl is pseudo-good, the price spent tells your taste buds it's better than it is. Maybe we just went on a off flavor day, but between the Uninthusiastic staff and cost im ok...
Read moreI am a avid Crumbl fan and had the pleasure of being at Utah State University when Crumbl was handing out samples prior to becoming the next big thing. I have been to numerous crumbl stores across the country since. Unfortunately, I found it necessary to let you know about an experience I had yesterday and previously at the Lutz Store in Tampa. I spent over 80$ on cookies for my office. My Banana cookie (which I am guessing is left over from the week before) had no pudding and was simply whipped cream. My dirt cake (which I have had previously) was a cream cheese frosting with chocolate flavoring, not the fudgy frosting like it should have been. Additionally, the red velvet cake cookies were brown??? I understand these were cookies from the previous week - but I still think it is necessary to uphold the Crumbl standard. If they do not have the necessary ingredients to make the cookies like advertised they should not offer them at all. Additionally - my boxes were covered in frosting from the servers hands I think? I had to wipe them off prior to taking them to the office. I only write to you because I am a Crumbl lover and I don’t want others to think this is how Crumbl is or should be. I went to this store one other time and also had a bad experience where we waited 45+ minutes for our cookies and the cookies were not aesthetically pleasing as they should be (and have been at every other location I’ve been to). Thank you...
