Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Florida

Went there with a friend during our trip tonight. She asked for a chocolate cone dipped in crunch with fries. They gave her a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and took them 15 minutes to make the fries. One of the workers even came up to her after 10 minutes to ask what she had ordered. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with a quart of chocolate and a MEDIUM BLIZZARD CUP of peanuts and got 2 chicken strips, no toast, a kid size fry, a small sundae cup of peanuts and my quart chocolate ice cream. When I asked for them to fix my chicken strip basket, they just threw in two more chicken strips, no toast and no more fries. When I asked for more peanuts they put a FEW in the bottom of a mini blizzard cup to the point where it wasn’t even half way filled. Horrible horrible service. The people in front and behind us also seemed to be having horrible experiences. If you’re looking for a quick grab of some good food this place is not it; you will either not get your food, not get the right food, or not get the right amount of food. I work at a separate Dairy Queen myself and know this is not the standards Dairy Queen should be held to....

Service is horrible, staff is extremely rude. Go somewhere else. This place is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here and if I could give negative starts I would. The communication was absolutely horrible. Went through the drive through and ordered 6 things. One thing was wrong and one thing never got rang in. I completely understands we have 6 items so if something is wrong I understand. No one read back our order, the girl who took our order was rushing and very short. We got to the window and they tried to give me the wrong item and when I said our item was wrong I was confronted with attitude and push back. When I brought it to their attention we were missing an item they were extremely rude about how “you didn’t pay for that”, again that’s fine, I have no problem paying I just want my item. In order to get the item they wanted us to “go back around because they have other people behind us”. I wish we would have never even paid for the next item and left. We were treated horrible. Ordered a small chocolate cone. First of, the cone was $4.08. She handed me the cone and it had 1/4 of the top of the cone was Broken off. I showed her the broken part of the cone, she looked at me like I had 2 heads! She did then offer to make me another one, I agreed and handed the cone back to her. ( I heard her tell another employee what I said about the cone). The second cone was handed to me buy a male employee, and he did just that, he handed me the cone and closed the drive-thru window on me. He didn't ask is this better? or i hope this is ok for you. Also, the second cone was noticeably smaller than the first. Wondering why that was! For the price of 4 bucks you would think you'd receive a whole and consistent product. That male employee was rude and obviously has an attitude. Please consider training a certain employee soft skills with customers..the male employee needs it. I'm not one of his friends or a teenager that doesn't care. I know how customers...
