I am on a coastal Cruise needed a raymarine , Ray nav or even earlier Raytheon LOL.. SeaTalk nema communication 5 way connector block payed for a credit card over the phone said we'll pick it up on our way to key West. When we got buy them 7 11 dock right behind them I walked in my dog talked happily to her dog no unprofessional issue that I saw in fact the dog the woman and a gentleman you're wonderful. I told her who I was she went outback came back with my part in moments. I told the gentleman why I needed it talk to me I asked him about plugging the last unused Port that I would have he gave me a plug trying to make sure that it would fit . How can anybody say anything bad about that.. like I said it was so convenient to get to as well...

I'd been struggling with Furuno NavNet 3D issues for months. Furuno 's technical support was helpful but never quite got it done and they suggested Keys Marine Electronics. I was unfamiliar with them b/c I'm an hour and a half from them. Brian came down and with Furuno 's help figured out there was probably a problem in the radar messing up the whole network. Radar sent off and returned. Brian came back along with Capt. Brad and quicky had everything working right. Brian is professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. The owner of the business, Capt. Brad is a real nice guy....

Captain Bob was looking for pacific size marine radio for my Backcountry Boat. I did not want a very typical large VHF marine radio as I always see for sale at West Marine. Also, the perfect size antenna, I can remove the antenna off the top of the base and put my canvas over the consul. I also ordered a Simrad antenna for my Simrad NSS EVO 3.
