I just had the WORSE experience at this Chic Fil A with a lady named Steph (who says she is a manager). My name is Ammique I went there today at 7:46 AM, which I stop by here every morning after getting off my overnight shifts. Step took my order and I ordered the same breakfast as always a “spicy biscuit meal with a large hash brown and fruit punch Hi C light ice. I then asked her if my hash browns can please be drop fresh, she responded with “We have some ready we try to keep them fresh as possible”. I told her that they have told me that before and my hash browns want fresh. She responded “ that’s why we try to keep them as fresh as possible” I told her I would like them drop Fresh though so I don’t have to have hashbrowns. That’s not fresh. That’s been sitting there. For the third time, she repeated herself again without acknowledging that I went through an issue with this before instead of just dropping fresh hazmat for the customer that was requested. She didn’t ask me do I want her to make the hashbrowns hot? I responded with no because all that’s gonna happen is you’re gonna take the hashbrowns that’s sitting there and we dipped them in the oil and that makes it hard. She said we couldn’t drop fresh hashbrowns for me. I didn’t ask if Ian was in the building today because I had a previous issue with the health scare on the previous order before when I called it and spoke to him and he was supposed to correct something, but he never did, but because of her energy, I wanted to know if another manager was inshe said she was the only manager in the store. I then told her that I didn’t want the food anymore if I couldn’t have fresh hashbrowns, she then said do you want me to make them hot? I asked her what does she mean by hot? She said for her to drop them Fresh I didn’t ask her. Why couldn’t you just say that from the beginning and what’s the difference between me saying Kim our hashbrowns be dropped fresh versus hot I didn’t ask her what was her name and she told me Steph And I said because you’re the only manager here can I have Corporate number she said she doesn’t have their number I told her every store has a corporate number. She then said there is none. That’s when I pulled out my phone and I started to record her and she said it in the video that I could not have corporate‘s number then she tried to Throw me off and disregard me and tell me to call Ian. That’s when I told her I don’t wanna speak to Ian cause he’s somebody else. I need to make a complaint on and she knew that beforehand she then went in the back and started talking for a couple of minutes to someone else and then gave me the corporate‘s number. this was the worst experience at this store all over fresh hashbrowns I’m very disappointed. I’m tired. Just got off work having to deal with this Steph is rude, Unprofessional and I don’t understand how she is a manager. She has no customer service in Chick-fil-A prides theirs on customer service I don’t understand this. I’m contemplating if I wanna upload the video, because this is ridiculous what I...

How is it possible that mobile orders always come out after the ones ordered in the drive through? why is the “fast” mobile order lane always closed? They force you to merge into the drive through lanes … what is the point of mobile ordering in advance? Been dealing with this for couple months now trying to be patience because why not? It’s a fast food chain at the end right?
Well chicken hit the fan for me today when 2 of my grilled chick sandwiches came out pink, it has happened to us in the past (slightly) but I guess we were either too hungry or simply let it passed? It keeps happening though and we are definitely on the lookout for it now (you should too inspect your grill sandwiches!)
Today was unacceptable, that chicken could get people sick, I repeat undercooked chicken can get people sick.
Drove back to the store and of course let them know about it, while the guy running the drive through showed empathy and was kind, this is unacceptable and I genuinely believe either the time or temperature in the grill has to be adjusted here. SOMETHING IS WRONG. I know exactly how a grill chicken from chick fil a should look like and that’s not it.
Due to the inconvenience they threw a 3rd sandwich in the bag with my replacement sandwiches, to my wife’s luck she got another pink one!! She could not take another bite of hers and threw it away … I ended eating mine and the free one straight to the trash… just emphasizing that giving people a free $6 sandwich won’t compensate for the whole frustrating experience of driving home getting comfortable bitting into undercooked chicken driving back, explanation, wait drive back.
I live 2 blocks away, and plan to keep buying from this store. Please no need for more free sandwiches just get my regular 2 done right the first time. And yes fix the mobile...
Read moreWaited 10 years for a CFA in Homestead and we get this abomination of a concept restaurant.
Where's the counter? You order at a 4' table with a bare wall behind it and two POS terminals like at a county fair. Who came up with this? Blatantly put as a customer, I think this sucks. It's stupid. Where's the menu board? Where's the counter? Why am I not walking away from the counter with a drink or other easy item already in my hand?
Every customer gets treated like a takeout order. More paper bags and cardboard drink holders heading straight to the garbage within seconds of being put to use. Where did the trays go? It's a senseless waste of resources.
Because there's no counter, customer's like myself are initially confused so we stand around trying to figure it out. This causes a "traffic jam". Why take a tried and true concept (counter and trays) and screw it up? This isn't a mall store.
Since there's no counter, now there's MORE employees shuffling around delivering orders to customers clogging up an already crowded restaurant full of confused customers.
The person who designed this "no counter" concept restaurant needs to be tied to the same guy that insists on putting CFA's in strategically bad traffic locations and both of them pushed off the same bridge. Yeah, once again CFA has figured out how to place a restaurant in a place that wrecks traffic.
To further alienate me from the quality I have come to expect from CFA, why is the kitchen now hidden? An open kitchen makes me as a customer more confident. At this location, my food appears from a mystery doorway.
For the love of chicken and all that is saucy, please bulldoze this Temu version of a CFA and give us...
