Your typical sports themed bar tucked at the end of a strip mall. We gave her a go @ 5ish on a Saturday early eve.
Service was immediate, attentive, personable, and professional. We didn't have to ask for refills on beverages. Brianna was knowledgeable about the sauces and even brought out a small sampler of the hottest. From order to full delivery was less than 10 minutes. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Served hot and as we ordered it, no mistakes.
We ordered Loaded Waffle Fries, Onion Rings, Blingz (boneless wings), and a French Dip.
The waffle fries were like loaded nachos on steroids. Tons of melted cheese and covered with fresh, crispy bacon crumples. Quite tasty.
The Onion Rings were piping hot and served with a side of Cajun Ranch sauce which was a perfect compliment to the onions. Very crisp coating and tender onions. Another tasty side.
The beef was tender, coasted with melted cheeses, and slathered in fried onions on the French Dip. The au'jus was very fresh, with pieces of onion and not too salty. My other half added some Cajun Ranch to the sandwich. The bread was fresh. Another win.
The Blingz were your typical breaded boneless wing. They sauced just right and not swimming like drowned chicken parts. The breading was crisp and the chicken tender. Served with choice of pre-packaged blue cheese or ranch dressing cup and a celery/carrot blend.
The wing sauces are in-house made and are what makes Dick's stand out among other wing/sports joints. I ordered the Mango Habanero sauce with a kicker of Firestorm as I like hot sauces. I found the heat rather weak for a habanero based sauced. The Firestorm just added a high black peppery component. Our server, Brianna, upon hearing that I thought the sauce was weak, brought over a small sample cup of Dick's Secret Sauce. Now we have heat! The pepper level reminded me of a fresh Savina with ample peppery kicks. Very tasty. Sure to add hairs to...
Read moreI have never been more infuriated by a food place in my whole life ! Ordered a pretty big order and explained that to the server on the phone, she had to place me on hold (which I 100% understand). When placing my order I had to make sure that the veggies on the lunch quesadilla was extremely well done, in which she mumbled “oh my gosh”. I asked her to be patient and not rude in which I did say in a certain tone because I was blown away from the comment. When going to pick up my food I asked for the manager, I do not remember her name but she was an older woman with grey hair, I explained to her what happened on the phone and she told me… “I was listening to the other line and you were rude to” I told her that I was not rude until the girl was making rude comments. She then accused me of being rude once more and said that when she went to place me on hold when I first starting order I yelled at her and told her “no”. That is incorrect. She told me she was not accusing me of anything (right after calling me rude). I asked her who is a higher up because I am offended from the disrespect she has for her customers, she hesitated and told me they were on vacation and said they will be back next Friday. I told her that I would be calling them to speak with with them for the way she was talking to me, she responded “ I will be here too” and smirked. After that we could VERY CLEARLY see her talking in the reflection of the glass talking to a girl in the kitchen talking about the situation. I am BEYOND upset with them and hope that a higher up has something to explain this. The burger was supposed to be medium and it was RARE. I am not upset with the sever who took my order, I think her name is Tabitha, the problem is now the manager disrespecting and talking to customers this way. Might I add, my office orders take out very frequently and spends a good bit of money every time. DO...

Lunch at Dick’s Wings today was an absolute home run! I came in with my aunt, uncle, and two kids, and from the first whistle to the final buzzer, the service and food were all-star caliber.
Our server, Caiti, may have been only in her second day of training, but you’d never know it — she handled our table like a seasoned pro. With Serena coaching from the sidelines, the two of them ran a flawless playbook of great service, teamwork, and friendly energy.
We kicked things off with some cheese curds — crispy, golden, and an easy first down for the table. My uncle went with the Philly cheesesteak, a stacked and satisfying classic that would easily be MVP material. My aunt ordered 10 wings tossed in “FL Girl”, and the sweet-heat combo was a buzzer-beater of flavor. My kids tackled their cheeseburgers off the kids’ menu, and not a bite was left on their plates.
As for me — I went for 10 Honey BBQ wings, medium heat, and they brought the perfect blend of sweetness and spice. The bonus play? Caiti and Serena recommended a local IPA that paired like Brady to Gronk — absolute chemistry.
Dick’s Wings brought their A-game, and so did Caiti and Serena. This team deserves the championship belt in casual dining. We’ll definitely be back for the rematch — and bringing more...
