Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Not very pleased tonight. Ordered on-line and it said 12-22 minutes to pick up. When I got there, my name was top of the board with the word "Ready" next to it. Stood at the counter and waited to be helped, no one helped. I finally flagged one of the people down who told me it was just coming out of the oven. Thought that was odd as it said ready, then I started hearing various employees talking about how they screwed up and lost another order. Gee, mine perhaps? This was quite a topic of conversation for a number of minutes until finally someone came to the counter to let me know they lost one of my pizzas and it would be 10 more minutes. He offered nothing more so I asked him if there was something they would offer to rectify the screw up. He suggested a drink or bread bites. I said I'd take bread bites and sat to wait for the second pizza (as the first one sat for 15 minutes as well). When another person called my name, I asked where the bread bites were and she said, did you order those too? I gave up, grabbed the pies and left. I know it was busy and I am patient but when poor service and cavalier attitudes are also occurring, it makes for an...

THE MOST SHOCKING 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!

If I could leave a less than one star review I would. We placed an order through the Dominos App and our address linked to this Englewood location. It turned out that the app was wrong and they dont deliver to us - No problem. We called the Dominos located on Shamrock (our call went to their call center, I believe) and they took the order saying they could deliver to us. I guess, they then transferred/placed the order back with the Englewood location. The person working at Englewood called me SCREAMING! LITERALLY YELLING AT ME TO 'STOP PLACING ORDERS!'. I didn't place the order with you, pal. The Dominos app showed you delivered here, and then I called a different location to place my second order. What Dominos did on the back end isn't on me. You should really learn how to control your emotions and how to speak respectfully to people. Otherwise, maybe you should try to find a job that doesn't involve 'customer service'.

I used to eat here all the time growing up about 10 years ago. Either my taste buds have changed or the pizza is extremely low quality and not being cooked correctly. I'm Italian, so as far as I'm concerned this was poorlying cooked bread with cheese on it. The side items cheesy bread was Co erred in Greece so much so that it took ne like 10 minutes to wash it off. The people there are very friendly and nice, however who me error is cooking is either not doing it right, or the place just needs to have an uphrade. The pasta bowl was so horrible... I was surprised. Yes, they gave us a gift card we tried again... and again the food was just down right horrible. I have no choice but to eat it considering the first order was $40 ... I am appreciative that they tried to make it up with a gift certificate, however... unfortunately that food was just as horrible.. in all honestly I wish I could get my money back ... never eating here again.
