Around 2 months ago I swore to myself I would never order from here again after I saw an employee come out of the back room sucking food off of his fingers and go right back to work. I decided to give them another try because the store is close and I was in a rush, big mistake. I ordered 2 items online, according to the tracker and text messages it had been in the oven for 3 min and they called me to tell me half my order was out of stock, ok things happen I'll keep my pizza and cancel the brownie cookie. 5 min after receiving the text it's boxed and ready to go they try to ring me up for $15 when I ordered a 7.99 pizza, I was also told at this point it wasn't ready to wait. I refused to pay $15 then another employee tried to charge me $12 and after refusing that a third employee finally charged me $7.99 after they attempted to replace my brownie cookie with a chocolate lava cake I told them I didn't want and charge me for that as well. While I waited more than 5 min for my order that was supposedly ready before I arrived another customer canceled their order and walked out because she became so frustrated with them. There were a bunch of employees in the store but it seems like no one knows what's going on and they definitely didn't care about customer service because I was almost the 2nd customer to walk out without their order. Read moreBeen ordering from the North Fort Myers location for a year since moving to the area, go online, choose delivery, it tells me this location is my delivery location as always, place order, send, receive order confirmation, bank account gets charged and then I get a text 10 minutes later telling me my order was cancelled by them.
When I call, they tell me they don't deliver here, when I ask why I was able to in the past, I'm told the drivers decide if they want to take deliveries and nobody wants to drive that far right now. What???
They don't even have the decency to call me when they cancelled even though I've always been an excellent tipper.
Corporate tells me they will forward the complaint to the restaurants franchisee and months later, no reply. They simply don't care.

Called store was informed he had another stop. After that stop he was heading back this way but passed where he should have gone. Found out that he actually had 2 deliveries before mine. Now it's 12:48 am, over an hour to get pizza and over 45 minutes to make delivery. Told driver I was not impressed and not happy, I thanked him for the cold pizzas, he said they are still hot. Well the boxes were hot the pizza was Luke warm at best and the x-large most of the topping had slid to the side. I am not a Dominos Pizza fan but it's what my Nefews wanted.
