I don't know how this place is getting 5 stars. When you first go in, there nice. Of coarse, who wouldn't be if your a potential customer. After I paid cash, everything changed. They were quick to get you out of the store and say goodbye. I didn't read into it that much. The day of delivery, these unprofessional guys come in, don't acknowledge you and say at least hi ( whether it was in english or spanish). Don't ask where you want your furniture after they start opening the boxes. I left them in the room assembling the beds. I didn't want to micromanage them as they were supposed to be professional. I checked on them once and then left to go pick up my son. I left an adult in charge. If they had any questions they could've asked her. I was only gone 20 mins. When I come back there is garbage on my floor, the bed was put backwards and the dresser draws were all hanging off. How does a PROFESSIONAL, leave a kids room that way!! They didn't say a word and they left. They took advantage that I left an older woman here , that was not going to bother them. I have had other people working in my house before and if they made a mess, they ask for a broom to clean it up. I called the furniture place. I finally got to speak to Kelley, which is supposably the manager. I say supposably because for a manager she was very loud and rude! She tried to cover for the guys that came and said one of them didn't speak english only spanish. I told her I spoke both and they knew that because I had to ask one of the guys to move their car so i can leave for those 20 mins. She then tried to tell me that she can have someone come the next day and bring another dresser and I told her I was having a birthday party here and I couldn't. I told her how rude these guys were and she didn't even acknowledge it. She disregarded everything I said . Now I know why didn't care what I said because she is the same way. When my husband came home and saw the beds weren't the same way as the picture, we called back. Kelley got upset again as we tried to show her pictures of the room and drawers. She still then tried to argue when everything was there on her phone as evidence to see. My husband said have someone come tomorrow and all of a sudden she didn't have anymore slots available. What a coincidence. I had a bad feeling when I saw her treat an employee in a bad way and yell at him. That right there was a red flag. It's not like their prices are cheap either. Again, I don't know how they got 5 stars unless they personally know these people or they are getting paid for it. I'm sure i'm not the only person to give them 1 star. Some people don't do reviews , so you will never hear about it. I like to give reviews because people should be aware of things before they go in and make a mistake like I did. I would've rather shopped at a thrift store then here. At least at a thrift store, some of the money goes to a good cause.

Update: Here we are with a squeaky bunk bed only two months in. Its been squeaky little by little after the first few nights. Now, the noise is annoying. Not...

Great store and great prices... The staff is great took good care of me down to the delivery guys... But please be careful of the company that they use to get you credit.... I know or at least I think the store is not affiliated with the lending company but please read and understand your contact...the girl who I made the purchase from explained everything about it but after shopping around I was at a whatever point... My credit is shot do to a divorce so I was happy to hear I got approved.... I was actually like hurry up and get it because they must have made a mistake.... For some reason I thought I had 90 days to start my payments or pay it off within 90 days to avoid high interest.... The store told me everything but like I said I was so over the hole shopping thing...well the credit company started taking out payment's 2 times a month... I called and they sent a copy of the contract oh boy they had me by the b#lls....if I don't make the payoff within the 90 days the $1.800 couch becomes $3.500.... please Google the credit company it's no joke... Thank God I'm going to be able to pay it off in time but if I didn't check I would have been screwed.... I still will shop there and if needed would use the financial company but I know what I'm getting into... please Google the credit company they use and totally understand what you are getting into.... But still love...

Found this store via let it go app. Anthony was my contact initially. He was beyond helpful. Then I spoke with Kelley, again, beyond helpful. Drove all the way from Lake Suzy to Ft. Myers. Was greeted by Kelley. She was courteous and helpful. Not pushy in the least. After we looked around she suggested we drive to their new location, just 3 minutes down the road. Great suggestion! We were greeted by the owner and his beautiful wife. We ended up getting the most high tech leather sectional for $1700 and a beautiful coffee table for $150. I looked at other stores and no one was anywhere close to their prices. We made our purchases on Saturday afternoon and they delivered everything today, Sunday. They called before and were abt an hour EARLY! Both of our delivery men were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. Great personalities!! I couldn't recommend the store and ALL the employees from my first interaction until my last. The furniture is beautiful, set up perfectly to exactly what I wanted and the 2 delivery men took away our old stuff for us. 5 stars all the way around.
