Written by my niece who was with me. You know I’m not happy, I have never posted a negative comment about a business but there is a first for everything. DO NOT SOLICIT the locally owned and operated Domino’s in Clermont FL on Hwy 27 in Four Corners. Ordered 6 large pizza’s on the app which I use all the time at my local Domino’s in Starkville MS. Paid part of the order with gift cards which I receive all the time because I like Domino’s then paid the balance and tip on my credit card. The house I was at is 2.5 miles from the store and according to the tracker the pizzas had been out for delivery over 20 minutes and we still had not received them. I called and was told they would check with the driver and was put on hold - 15 minutes later still on hold and no pizzas. I hung up and called back as did my husband and aunt - 6 minutes with no answer so we got in the car and went to the store. Two ladies were already in the store complaining about no delivery of their order. They were given their old order, a new order and their money back. I was offered a 2 liter of soda and that was all. The manager said that was all he could do. When asked questions about the driver or where the pizzas were the manager didn’t answer then he said he had 2 employees not show up. I was so frustrated especially after waiting inside the store for over 10 minutes for someone to even help me that I just walked out - with no pizzas (they were having to do the order all over almost 2 hours from when the order was placed), I’m out the gift cards that were used and will have to contact my bank to stop payment. Plus I had to go into a business, I have a comprimise immune system, I don’t go anywhere unless I absolutely have to during this pandemic. Now sitting in the car at Pizzano’s Pizza waiting for our order which is actually cheaper but understand to be better pizza. Read moreEverytime I order my wings at this store I ask them to put them through the oven 3 times so they are well done and 8 out of ten times in the last month they have got my order wrong at no fault of my own either the cook did not see how many times they were supposed to put it through the oven or they have put the wrong sauce on it but each time is no fault of my own. So today I place a order for a medium pepperoni pizza, hot wings cooked well done put through the cooker three times and boneless hot wings. I received my order look through everything the hot wings was definitely not put through the cooker three times and they were very salty like they put salt on them the boneless wings came without the hot buffalo sauce. When I called to complain they kept me on hold for 10 minutes before me hanging up and calling back and me telling the manager Chris my complaints he told me I always have a complaint about my wings and I then asked for the general manager's name and phone number and was told I'm not getting no free food and for me to look up the number on Google and he hung up the phone. What I guess he don't understand Domino's is definitely not doing me the favor I'm doing them the favor by choosing to spend my hard earned money with them. Chris was very rude and unprofessional I have spent hundreds of dollars with them in the past and to be treated so rudely, and disrespectfully is not acceptable. How can a customer be demonized for complaining about something that was not right after I expressed how I wanted my food done and always end off with please make sure they put it through the cooker three times. The total of my four toppings only on HALF of my medium sized pizza was equal to the cost of the pizza itself; and I thought insurance companies committing highway robbery was something, tuh! 😤 Ritch Allison I hope you see this. Maybe you need to go undercover to that location 🤔 The workers are putting the company's reputable brand/name to utter shame. My last visit was for sure my last visit to that location and quite frankly, any Dominos for quite some time. It was just the reminder I needed to keep my hard & smart earned money in my pocket, and to continue making my own pizza from scratch. If your employees want to give raw pizza dough then they need to work at the production site in Groveland. Someone please let them know that the pickup & delivery locations are NoT the place for that smh. Half of the dough on the pizza was raw! Easy for you to say just bring it back as if my schedule actually permitted that. Customer service 101: Someone should be greeting every guest that walks in the door.
