I have been going to this location for about a year. Always order pan pizza & it's aways thick & doughy... but when I got home & opened the box - not today. It was thin like a regular pizza. I called to complain that the pizza was thin, not as usual, and I was upset because I paid extra for the pan pizza crust. The female they put on the phone to take my complaint stated SHE made my pizza herself, and that it IS a pan pizza. I insisted that all other pan pizzas I've gotten at that location have always been twice as thick. I brought the pizza back to the store, and one of the guys looked at it and saw how thin it was.. but she must be the manager, because he called her over. She insisted there was nothing wrong with it, that it was a pan pizza and that's what I ordered. I explained that now the pizza is cold.. arent they going to make another pizza since this one is thin and now cold? She absolutely refused, and when I asked "Are you saying that I now have to eat this cold pizza?" She just said "Yes, sorry, but that's what you ordered." I said I cant believe you're not going to make it right. And you're going to refuse... over just 1 medium pizza? She made a face, so I said "Then give me my money back, and I'll drive the extra miles to get a pan pizza made correctly at another location. She angrily went to the register and said she was voiding out the transaction, and couldn't care less that I said this location has lost my business! Read moreI just want to say thank you! Tonight my mom ordered pizza. Unfortunately, the only problem we had on their was it ran late but the driver apologized a bunch of times since he was the only driver on staff.When he told her the total my mom got extremely rude with the driver and basically told him that wasn’t how she ordered it. (🙄 it in fact was how she ordered ) so I drove down to the store to keep the driver from having to run back to our house. I was greeted by nothing but hellos and positive energy from the crew. Working in the fast-food industry myself, I could tell they were short handed but they kept working and pushing out pizzas like no other! Interacting with guests. They remade the pizzas to how my mom originally wanted them. I was super impressed by the playful atmosphere and the hard work from each individual staff member there including the manager on duty. Even though they were extremely short staffed. I didn’t get any of their names and I hate that. But, it was the ENTIRE night crew after 5pm on June 3rd. Thank you and keep up that hard work! Read moreThe manager is extremely rude. They were 30 minutes late with my order. I was picking up and stood there for 30 minutes. They didn’t cook it well done and they didn’t put any of the toppings I paid for on it. To add insult to injury, you get a free pizza if they don’t deliver it to your car within 2 minutes. They stopped the timer 4 minutes prior to actually bringing my pizza out. When I said something to the person giving me my pizza he said it was because someone else signed out and he signed in but he would walk in there with me to speak with his manager and his manager lied and said they stopped the timer when he came out. The guy who brought the pizza said “I just brought it to him and he showed me the timer was stopped 4 minutes ago” and the manager still wouldn’t honor the free pizza.
