Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

Went in for carryout and was told it would be 30 minutes. I didn't get why until I watched them for a few minutes. 1 guy ran around helping, the customers and the drive-through, in the store, and taking food out people waiting outside with his arm in a sling. . There was 2 workers making food constantly and another back and forth to the phones snd making food. Every couple minutes a deliverer would walk in and they would be out the door in a flash. They looked so overwhelmed, I left them a nice cash tip and and thanked them all as I left . Workers in these businesses pure treasures. How could I complain about somebody doing something for me that I don't want to do. I don't know what they earn but the are the worth every cent of it...

I placed order #435 on March 5th and followed the order in their app. The app flashed as the pizza was delivered but nobody ever came to the house.

I called the store and spoke with a manager. Explained the situation and told him I either wanted my Money back or the order. The manager said they would send the order but after waiting for a 1 1/2 hrs I got in my car and drove to the store. After speaking with "Jeovanni" who stated he was the manager but had no clue what happened to my order because he just started his shift. If that's true or not Jeovanni gave me my money back and credit which while there and still super hungry I told him to make me the order I placed using the credit.

Store is great. Issues are with the web site. When I use a coupon and select previously ordered pizza, it does not give me the coupon price. I add a second pizza and it removes the first. Says "use this coupon on another pizza", but only gives the coupon price if I build it from scratch. It does not apply the coupon price to a "previously selected pizza". Also - every time I log on, it has to identify my store, it remembers my name, pizzas ordered, credit cards, address, etc., but does not remember my store. Pizza and $7.99 coupon deals are...
