Alright, WHO gave them more than ONE STAR?! 5 out of 6 of my orders were WRONG! Yes, I've finally stopped. And I order the same SIMPLE thing: NY crust pie with onion, ham, R1/2 pine L1/2, mush. + 1 garlic dip cup. And did you see... they get it wrong over a WHOPPING 84% of the time! Firstly, what does it say that I ONLY order from them because they are the "best" in the area. Ugh. Sadly, it's true. Within 30 miles! I am only able to have pizza every 8 weeks or so - AND it's a part of my family history so it's a HUGE DEAL for me. I set up my whole place so that the second it is here, my drink is ready, the show is on, my blanket is on the sofa... etc. :) I'm in the states/Florida again, so last night and tried one more time. I even withheld the tip until I saw that they remembered my dipping sauce. DOH! I didn't check the pie itself! They added extra cheese (I'm lactose intolerant - but that is irrelevant) AND forgot the onion COMPLETELY (the ONLY topping I would get if I could only have 1)! They don't even have any common sense! Generrrrally, if one orders a NY crust - it's because they want a New York style pie, NOT Chicago, Detroit, or even Calabria with THICK CHEESE! I did a better job in our family pizzerias at the age of 12, and did it ALL. I was certainly much more gracious and appreciative to customers - they do pay your paychecks after all. Nudge nudge to all Americans... "thank you" goes a long way! ;) The only thing they offered me was a COUPON, that everyone else can get. "How rude!" - Stephanie Tanner Well, I was going to take the pie back to them and get a refund, but after all I'm out, I'm going after the last TWO ORDERS VIA CREDIT DISPUTE - and THEY can pay the EXTRA $35 return charge per item, to their merchant account / creditors. You teach people how to treat you. I don't understand why people in this country CHOOSE to be miserable and ignorant. I now know of 13 people, including myself who have contacted the head office directly to complain about these guys... and over 100 (personally) that will NEVER go back. SO IT'S DOMINO'S AS A WHOLE ENTITY - AT THIS POINT! By the way, was NEVER offered any compensation from ANYONE other than the "next order" coupon the driver ripped off of the NEXT pizza box! Where was mine? Now that I think of it, I NEVER have a receipt, coupons, not even a label printed on the box with my order / ingredients. GARBAGE PEOPLE = GARBAGE SERVICE, right up to head office apparently. Total loss: hungry, DEBILITATING/black-out hot flashes due to hunger and medical condition, and $153.

I believe this pizza based off of my pizza tracker had either been sitting over an hour or in the drivers possession over an hour before delivery. The first pizza was hard as a rock. I could pick it up with one hand. THE ENTIRE PIZZA! The second pizza looked as if somebody put their fist through it and smashed in the box. The bread bites had dried grease all over the box and was equivalent to a loaf of brick. This food was not edible! I will not be returning to this Domino and I encourage other people to do the same. Our food was cold to the touch. Once we noticed that our pizza left the store, we waited for about 40 minutes. Then we received another phone call stating our pizza was on the way. We contacted the manager and told her we have been waiting an hour on our pizza. The manager said the tracker was not accurate, blaming it on a technical issue. She stated our pizza should be there within 10 to 15 minutes and the driver just left. The driver arrived in a crusty minivan and poorly dressed for someone that handles food/ deliveries. Once the exchange was made I went into my home and opened my families meal to this disgusting mess. I called the store Demanded my money back. I told them they could come pick up their pizza. It’s at the bottom of my steps and that they can give me a refund Receipt because we were not going to be eating the garbage serve anymore. Stay away, you have been Warned!

Call center... TERRIBLE Customer service... They tried but could've kept the short temper, displayed by the so called manager. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra marinara and a sausage pasta bake with extra marinara. They have me a large, extra pepperoni pizza and a sausage pizza. After verifying 4 times with the call center, they still managed to get my name and order wrong. I called the store, they said I had to call the 800 number. I did that, and they said that I was supposed to call the store. I called the store back again and the manager started out saying "ma'am I don't know what what to tell you because I gave you the sausage pizza for free"... I told him no, I'm calling about the pepperoni pizza that I have. It has NO SAUCE on it at all. I was upset with his reply because he made it seem as if he was doing me a favor because he was giving me the free sausage pizza, he wasn't doing me any favor. I honestly don't like a sausage pizza so he did me no favors at all. What I would've preferred was my money back... All of it, because I was dissatisfied 100%. The only thing that I ate was the pasta bake. Everything else I threw in the trash because I didn't want it. And they could have kept that half effort of customer service that they gave me. They did me no favors!

Call center... TERRIBLE Customer service... They tried but could've kept the short temper, displayed by the so called manager. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra marinara and a sausage pasta bake with extra marinara. They have me a large, extra pepperoni pizza and a sausage pizza. After verifying 4 times with the call center, they still managed to get my name and order wrong. I called the store, they said I had to call the 800 number. I did that, and they said that I was supposed to call the store. I called the store back again and the manager started out saying "ma'am I don't know what what to tell you because I gave you the sausage pizza for free"... We WERE going to buy food here, however, our 2 puppies needed to potty as we were pulling over in the parking lot. Our 17 year old son with Autism got out of the car and KINDLY asked if there was a restroom he could use to a team member that was taking the trash out, he answered him arrogantly "yeah, if you're a PAYING CUSTUMER" . Well.....to be fair I don't think ANY CHILD is a paying custumer. Also, our family WAS going to be a paying custumer until our child was talked down to. SHAME on this man! Our child asked again, because he did not understand his response. I was in disbelief and asked "REALLY? a paying custumer?!" He thought he was so clever and said "well yeah, otherwise our store would...." I didn't let him finish and said "how do you know we were NOT about to go in and buy food?!....BYE" he tried to get a few words in saying "that's why there's gas stations" and I shouted at that point "BYE!" ....Well this man apparently felt threatened because he went in and as I was going back inside the car with the puppies (my husband was inside the car) he came out again with 2 "team members" clearly trying to intimidate us. What absurd and childish behavior from everyone. Disgusting behavior honestly. The food is NOT that good to put up with this behavior. By the way, our son STILL has no idea what this man even meant. All he knows is that he was not allowed to use the restroom. Maybe take a page from his book and just say you don't have a restroom available for anyone. #autismawareness...
