HORRIBLE! We ordered 1 our before closing, it showed Jacob has started your order and it will be delivered in 23 minutes. Went back to track the order 20 minutes later so that we can make sure to put the tip outside for the driver shortly before arriving due to the contactless delivery only to see the order was cancelled by Jacob, called the store multiple times no answer. Placed the order again, once again it showed that Jacob started the order, 5 minutes later we get a message from the bank that they refunded my money so we tracked the order to o my see that they cancelled it AGAIN! An hour thinking we’re going to get our food and yet this Jacob person cancelled it twice on us. Nothing else besides drive thrus were open so now I was annoyed because we were entertaining and wanted food delivered, went to the dominos website to see thatJacob is listed as the Manager! You’re a manager and you’re that unprofessional to cancel orders an hour before closing and we literally live less than 3 minutes away! People like him are the reasons business owners are losing money to Uber and other apps because when you try to support local businesses you get screwed. Read moreI have no idea how my pizza turned out, but that’s no fault of Domino’s or its employees bc my dumb-butt self ordered a pizza to my in-laws instead of my own home which is an hour away from this location. While this is embarrassing, I wanted to give a shoutout to Ryan, the delivery driver, who went above and beyond. Domino’s is less than 2 minutes from my house and when I became curious of where on Earth my pizza was, I finally realized my mistake and called my in-laws. Despite it being paid for and the tip included, Ryan still refused to drop off my order until he spoke with me as my in-laws told him I do not live there. This location (Douglas) offered to refund my order, despite it being completely my fault. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the care and honesty these employees put in. I delivered pizzas for years myself and I will admit that I would not have done what Ryan or Douglas did. These guys don’t get paid enough, so why bother with the extra effort? Ryan didn’t care- he called immediately. Douglas didn’t care- he offered before being asked (which I did not accept). This location will forever have my business whenever I am in town. Read moreI hardly ever leave a 1 star review for anyone but I was continually dissatisfied with this Dominos for a number of reasons.
The first issue is almost everytime I called they said they do not deliver to my address. I then had to call multiple Dominos for all of them to reassure me this was the one. I even had a manager hang up on me because I told him that they are the ones that deliver to my house because they have done it multiple times.
Another situation was I tried to order pizza on the phone on the way home from work so it would be ready for pickup by the time I got there. They put me on hold and I was on hold for 20 min all they way until I got there. I thought wow they must be busy. I went inside and there was 5 workers standing around on their phones with absolutely no one in the store. I showed the manager that I have been on hold for over 20 min now and he just said, "o we must have forgot." I asked if there was some sort of discount I could get for the trouble and he just told me there was nothing he can do (in a rude tone). HORRIBLE customer service and I strongly recommend that Domino's hires new management...
