Pulled up at 8pm after placing an order on the app and looked like nobody was there. Saw a sign that said only accepting online orders I think on the outside, so we pulled through the drive through. It was pitch black inside and we saw two people inside so we pulled up to the window. A girl told us that only two people had been working since 6 am and kinda rambled on about something else and acted like she was gonna try and fulfill our order (obviously they were cleaning so that wasn’t happening) we asked for the order to be cancelled and she said all she could do was refund cash. That would have been fine except our total was 9.30 and the change we got was 8 something. Obviously I wasn’t about to make a big deal over less than a dollar, but still. Ended up spending money to drive out of the way to hear some crazy excuse as to why they were closed early. Very hard to believe they only had two workers on Mother’s Day of all days. However, I've noticed that this location often runs out of donuts due to the high volume of customers that come through the doors. It's frustrating to come to the store only to find out that they are out of your favorite donuts.
Additionally, the wait time is often longer than usual, especially during holidays. It seems like Dunkin' Donuts needs to hire more staff to handle the high volume of customers that are projected every year. This would not only reduce wait times but also ensure that the restaurant is clean and stocked with no shortages of donuts.

This is the second time dealing with the little blond snot running the drive thru or register, I'm not really sure. In this case I was directed to a kiosk when there were literally 5 employees standing there ignoring me with their backs to me. After telling her no and paying with cash for assorted doughnuts she proceeds to start picking my doughnuts for me and ignoring my request. I asked her since when do the paying customers not get to choose their doughnuts? I was told well you wanted assorted.
