This is another edit...1/16/25...i got the perfect coffee today and it was full! I wish i had gotten her name because i know she made them and she deserves credit. It was between 2 and 2:20pm. Give that lady a bonus because I'll go there more often if she's making the coffee! This is an edit add to my review several months later...it's rare that you get your food and drinks at the window because they usually have me pull forward to wait for my small order. Also, you might not ask for foam, but your matcha latte will be half foam. Your coffee will be half full, and today it wasn't even hot! It's hard to complain because the new lady (new since my original review) is so dang nice. I just wish they'd get their act together!
No matter how you order your coffee at the drive thru, it'll be made according to their house recipe. I have to actually walk in to watch them make it. Ask for 2 swirls, you'll still get 4. Some employees are nice, but not all of them. In the drive thru this morning I ask what flavors are sugar free, and I obviously inconvenienced her. I've been going to Foxtail or The Standard because of what I've mentioned, but tried DD again this morning. If you haven't tried The Standard, you should. They're always friendly and the coffee...
Read moreI had decided to stop at this location on my way to a business account after having stopped at the Brooksville Dunkin #351384 on Cortez Blvd. 20 minutes earlier and being left very disappointed after receiving two spongy non-glazed French Cruellers at that location via the drive-thru (public entry doors were locked). I was telling the Dunkin associate here about my experience at the Brooksville location and asked if their French Cruellers were fresh and glazed after spotting them from a distance and she kindly brought the tray over to me so that I could see for myself. All I could say is that the difference was night and day visually and taste wise as well! (see photo) The very nice lady on her way out the door (named Dee) overheard my complaint to the associate and much to my surprise informed her to give the French Cruellers to me at no charge stating that regardless of where I had purchased the dissapointing donuts that Dunkin would do right by me to ensure customer satisfaction! Now that's what I call customer service and integrity!đđźđ Thanks again Dee & associate! I'll be sure to drop in again when I'm in the area! All the...
Read moreThe female person taking my order 2/10 mid-morning at the drive-thru was very curt & rude when I asked if there were certain donuts. She was rushed & her tone was sharp & âput uponâ. I got half the order at the drive-thru window & was told to park, wait & someone would bring the rest of the order. I waited 10 minutes & no one came out. I went in & observed the drive-thru order taker reprimanding the person who was behind on getting orders processed. The cashier also seemed flustered. Clearly, the staff is either new or lacks training/skills. I can appreciate when people are new & learning. However, the order taker seemed to be running the show & she could use some training/education in customer service & model that to the staff. No matter how busy it can get, just be kind to people! Fortunately, the food was good so will give them another chance sometime. I hope this feedback helps the order taker to understand that she is negatively impacting customers who may not return because of...
