Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I live really close to this establishment. Having been formerly stationed in the North-East where there is a DD on almost every street corner I was excited to have one in my neck of the woods again. But let’s fast-forward to having lived here almost 5 years now; this is not a place I would recommend to anyone. I frequent this establishment several times a month & I don’t expect things to be 100% perfect all of the time. There have been times when my order has been wrong, they’ve declined to honor coupons (even the ones posted in the DD app) there have been times when the staff was rude, items were stale and other times when I was overcharged, but after today I’ll have to decline giving this place any more of my business. I don’t need any kind of snack or caffeine fix bad enough to throw away my money here any longer. When I was charged over $6.00 for a large (which are now about 4oz smaller than they used to be) iced latte that wasn’t correct; brought it to the attention of the girl working the window that it was incorrect she just kept shrugging her shoulders & saying sorry. Then there was another worker yelling at me through the window “LATTES DON’T COME WITH SUGAR, WHIP OR ANYTHING ELSE!” You can bet that I didn’t insist on my drink being fixed for fear of what that hateful woman (whom obviously fixed my drink) would “add” into it if I were to send it back. This place has some great workers but I have to question what the interview/screening criteria is because this is the worst of the doozies that have slipped through. Sorry DD. I’m bowing out of any more sugary caffeine or frost bitten Boston Creams from this store. I’ll keep looking for somewhere that the owners are more involved or have better management to plonk down disposable income. If I walk away from somewhere regretting my purchase before even knowing the quality of what I received, I can find better ways to...

This Dunkin has to have the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. The manager of this store has ZERO control over the staff and hasn't trained the employees to do anything. No one completes tasks, it's RIDICULOUSLY unorganized. One of the women working was throwing a fit that donut boxes and straws hadn't been refilled. She told the man working this, who completely ignored her and didn't care. I went to pick up coffee before 6 AM with three other people in front of me in the drive through and no one inside. There were two ladies and a man with a headset working. The two ladies working acted as if they did not get along. Upon being asked if I had a mobile order and giving my name, the first lady seemed visibly upset that my order hadn't been started and that she had to fill my donuts. They did not have the drink I wanted even though I was able to order it on the app, and instead of being told that when I pulled up at the speaker so I could get something else ready to order I had a lady open the window and literally gripe me out for what I ordered. She was irritated that she had to make me another drink and was making me feel uncomfortable and upset that I had to choose something else, like I was being an inconvenience to her. If I would have known it wasn't available I would have had something else ready to get by the time I got to the window. I went there today(10/01/2021). Ordered my beverages per usual. I got the same exact things every single time I go. I had a friend on my phone as well while I ordered. I get up to the window and I am waiting already 5 mins for my drinks which is okay, it's the morning rush, I'm used to it. The window girl(very polite) hands me my large drink and then a medium(I ordered a large). I tell her I ordered a large and the girl who must have taken my order proceeds to argue with her and say I ordered medium. Incorrect. She pressed the wrong button and did not want to own up. This isn't what bothered me. They wanted to charge me an extra 2 dollars to upgrade to the large size. IT IS A 40 CENT DIFFERENCE!!! They tried to scam me in the process of telling me I was wrong as my friend is telling me you for sure said large, you had to repeat yourself multiple times. It was an easy fix but instead they wanted to argue with me over the price. I had to re ask for my receipt and show them it was a 40 cent difference. You're not going to charge me 7 dollars for a 5 dollar drink. We always have issues with this place but try to be understanding due to everything going on in the service industry.
