Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

DO NOT PAY WITH CREDIT CARD. Went there Saturday 4/22/2023 at 11:10am. The inside was closed so you can only go through the drive-through. I paid for my order and drove away. The tall guy with piercings never gave me my Credit Card back. 30 minutes later I realized I left my card. Went to my online bank and noticed they ran my card for another purchase. Called the CC company and canceled the card and disputed the 2nd charge. Here is the best part, I went back to the store, asked for a manager and they said they have no manager and the tall thief answered the door. Told him if he do not give me my card back I will call the cops and the manager. 2 minutes later he came to the front door with my stolen credit card. I have a feeling the staff was in on it. The staff was looking through the window debating on if they should give me back MY credit card. I could be wrong but it looks like the staff were all in on it. He was laughing but definitely looked shocked that I came back so fast. DO NOT USE YOU CREDIT CARD AT...

Co-workers are nice and fun to work with, the manager is very kind and helpful.

The iced coffee is great, but the frozen coffee is even better, however the vanilla bean coolattas are the best.

The food is very good, as you really can't go wrong with donuts and breakfast sandwiches.

The parking is great, as there's usually never anyone in any of my spots! But- that's probably because I park in the back as I don't wish to take up the prime customer parking in the front of the shop.

Clean, as it damn well should be, since I spend a good time making sure it is (as well as my co-workers and manager. We try really hard to ensure it's not dirty in there).

And yes, a lot of the workers there do have heavy accents, however I find it pretty cool and interesting that they do, and in no way a hindrance.

All in all, 10/10, would work another shift again. And I am! I- I need the money.

This place needs a lot of work on their customer service and speediness/efficiency of their staff. They have gotten my order wrong the last 3 times that I have been in there (and the only reason I come back is because I will never drive out of my way for a Dunkin Donuts, I pass Starbucks on the way to the other one) . They aren't very friendly. They don't know how to handle a line when it starts to get busy. The employees taking the order always seem distracted. The employees making the drinks don't seem to know what they are doing. I will chalk it up to the store being pretty new and they just need more training but until they can start getting it right in there, I will be taking my business to Starbucks, or in the rare case, another Dunkin. I prefer Brooklyn Water bagel coffee...
