Every time I come to this Dunkin I am dissatisfied. The layout is awful. The drive thru line is wrapped around the building, making it impossible for customers that parked to back out. Once you get your food/ drinks in drive thru, you have to wait in line again to even leave the store. The wait was awful. I was in line for 15 minutes. When I got to order, I listed two food items before being told to "hold on" by the employee, who then went to help the other employees figure out what food/ drinks they were missing. I waited an additional minute before I was able to proceed with my order, which I then had to repeat everything I had already ordered. Additionally, when I got to the window to pay, the employee did not say "hello" or "how are you"- just told me my total, scanned my phone, and handed me my food and drink. I said "thank you" and did not even get a "you're welcome" or "have a nice day". This is not the first time that the employees are not friendly. After I got home, I realized my bagel wasn't even toasted (even though I had said it twice). This Dunkin does not know how to run a store. Having worked at many Dunkin locations myself, I realize how hard it can be sometimes. HOWEVER, this Dunkin clearly does not give employees assigned roles (1 person does order taker in drive thru, 1 at window, 1 making drinks, 1 at sandwich station, 1 at front counter). This would help to keep the drive thru line moving and eliminates the confusion by employees over who took the order. It also helps front counter move more smoothly, as drive thru seems to be this store's number one concern, leaving people at front counter waiting for an employee. With how worried they seem about drive thru, you would think customers would not have a long wait. Yet, the employees don't seem to care about meeting the drive thru time. After today's visit, I do not see myself returning to this location. I would much rather drive an additional ten minutes to a...
Read moreIâve given this particular Dunkinâ Donuts â located in the northwest corner of Oslo Road and 27th Avenue in Vero Beach â every chance to âget it right.â No more â I give up.
The latest âmistakeâ occurred when I ordered the âBig and Toastyâ breakfast sandwich on an âeverythingâ bagel. Dunkinâ advertises this sandwich as itâs âbiggest, heartiest breakfast sanchwich ever.â It comes with two peppered fried eggs, four slices of cherrywood smoked bacon and a slice of American cheese, all packed between two thick slices of Texas toast. Great sandwich, but I prefer it on an âeverythingâ bagel. And thatâs how I always order it. That and a large dark roast coffee with three cream and two sugar.
The âmistakeâ you ask? It came on Texas toast. Ordered just minutes earlier, it was prepared incorrectly. No âeverythingâ bagel â Texas toast. I immediately advised the cashier of the mistake and she took the sandwich back, not even apologizing for the mistake.
From the front counter, I watched the âcookâ take the sandwich apart and remake it with an âeverythingâ bagel. It was brought to me and I awaited my coffee.
A few minutes later, the cashier inquiried whether she could help me with anything else. âYes, you can â how about my coffee?â It was quickly brought to me. After leaving Dunkinâ I found it to be too sweet â definitely not âtwo sugarâ as I ordered it.
Leaving the store, one of the Dunkinâ staff were smoking on the north side of the building. Barely six feet from the store entrance was a smoking employee. I thought one had to be at least 25 feet from a building entrance to smoke.
Thatâs the last visit for me to this particular Dunkinâ Donuts. Iâve been here about a dozen of times and they never seem to get it âright.â

Read more(Copied and pasted from email to customer service)I drive out of Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce (sub city neighborhood) 10 minutes north almost every other day for a Large hot latte, despite having a Dunkin Donuts in my neighborhood because the 27th street Vero location in my opinion is better. Although theyâre very busy 9 out of 10 times the line is wrapped around the building but it moves quickly enough. I am emailing to say today instead of waiting in line I walked inside to order my coffee. Through the duration of being inside I was standing behind a woman who seemed to think time paused for her, an employee accidentally dropped a coffee for a car in the drive thru, and another man barged inside abruptly demanding his online order. Then there was me, waiting for my coffee order the manager was in process of making. Thru all of this and managing the efficiency of his morning crew there were no bad attitudes from the staff and the manager Karl handled everything like a pro! That is what being a manager is all about. Could I stay calm thru all of that, still maintain professionalism, not wear my stress on my shoulders, and make sure everyone is doing okay while being slammed left and right.... no. I made sure to tell Karl before I left he was doing really well and worked fantastic under pressure. I hope he really heard the compliment because thereâs few people who have management qualities and he possessed those strengths. This franchise is lucky to have him. He was the glue to keeping this place running smoothly. I hope this message reaches Corporate and he gets the recognition he deserves, as well, his staff who works...
