Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

My wife and I come with some regularity and we think of it as the "Cheers" of Dunkin' (where everybody knows your name - and order). We are creatures of habit and order the same beverages every time, but mix up our food choices between weekdays and weekends. Our drinks are usually waiting for us by the time we sit down. As it is near the Westchester golf course, the order line sometimes swells unexpectedly. With no drive-through window, you can save time avoiding the line and order ahead on the app (as I do). We are there usually mid-mornings and have always found a table to sit at. On weekends when parents bring their kids in it can get a bit loud, but that is to be expected anywhere. Weekdays you usually see "regulars" who stop by for their orders while on the way to work or just come in to meet up...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our family absolutely loves this Dunkin’! My wife stops by daily for her iced coffee, and every weekend we come together as a family on Saturday and Sunday. The staff is always courteous and friendly, and they go out of their way to make our visits special—often surprising our daughter with a few Munchkins or a donut.

We order online, and our food is always ready on time. Everything is fresh—hot coffee is always made perfectly (never watery!) and exactly the way you want it. The store is spotless, and you can tell they take pride in keeping it that way.

Even though there are other Dunkin’ locations much closer to our home, we choose to come here every time because they consistently get everything right. It’s the perfect example of how a Dunkin’ should be run....

I made an order and I asked nicely at first ma’am can you please warm up the bacon it’s cold and she said it’s cold and I said yes it’s cool do you mind warming it up and she’s like no we made them and we put them in the in the basket that’s how that’s what we’re told what to do and I said OK but it’s cold and I’m asking you to warm it up since I paid for it and another woman decided to jump in the conversation and started being rude towards me and the other lady saying that that’s their job and I said OK are use my money to buy this and I’m asking you to just warm it up. They didn’t even bother putting customer first which is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life so this place I do not recommend for anybody and they’re lazy workers and I hope their...
