What do i have to do other than give you my hard earned money to get an order correct the first time. I have attempted time and time again given my hours and routine to give chance after chance, and STILL! when i attempt to call it seems like it just rings and rings. Just to be fair this is most dunkin donuts i go to which is a variety of 5 different Dunkin Donuts on my daily routine of having breakfast in the morning between dropping off children and a 30 mile commute to work. I cannot for the life of me understand why it is so difficult to follow a list (assuming that the cashier does enter it in correctly... which they really do a good job at).... that is your job... follow a list.... extra bacon, NO cheese... not remove the egg and yes cheese OR when i ask for mocha do not give me french vanilla (just 2 examples of the many mistakes).... it ruins the breakfast which starts a persons day! This location is specific does not answer their phone either which doesnt make it any less aggrevating when you want to have your breakfast fixed rather than waiting for a 10 min long line... again (especially when you are on a schedule)!!
I do not know if there is a way that @Dunkin_Donuts training can be better employed or whether your ordering software could not be configured to a more simple form of list for the order (rather than abbreviating cheese with Chs) for those of your employees that seem to have a rough time following a list (to correctly place AT LEAST 50% of the accountibility on the employees who seem to have such difficulty.... COME ON GUYS.. IT IS A LIST).
PLEASE FIX.... i LOVE your coffee (when it is correct as well) and am fighting/struggling for a reason to keep you as my DAILY...
Read moreFirst they got my coffee order wrong. As I was saying my order I didn't see the guy putting much into the computer so I already knew he didn't put in half of what I said. When I got to the window I told them they made it wrong, the lady then spoke to the guy who took my order about me in Spanish and she wrongfully assumed I didn't speak Spanish while she spoke about me. The coffee was the worst coffee I have ever drank even after they supposedly remade it, she also didn't care what exactly I wanted. She heard butter pecan and did her own thing basically. I'm Hispanic myself but u need to have people taking orders who are fluent in English and can take orders efficiently. Read moreThe worst, order almost always wrong, drive through ridiculously long. I stopped going for these reasons about 1 year ago and made Starbucks my new home. Went there this morning because my son wanted the new cookie dough donut and I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese and we got......a jelly donut which we caught and they corrected then my sandwich and we left only to find a plain bagel with cream cheese in the bag. Infuriating. You do ONE thing as a business and yet you consistently get it wron. I'm done with Dunkin Donuts anywere, you no longer get my money.
