Listen I came in to get some food the staff is rude off the bat the girl working the register I asked where is your kids menu, she said we only have boneless wings for kids. Since when does a restaurant only serve wings for kids??? Then I order food I say I want the smallest Philly cheese steak and smallest fry you have.. she says we don't have small only reg... I'm like wouldn't that be your smallest you have? She looks at me like I'm stupid!! Then she says so you want onions peppers & mushrooms? I'm like isn't that what it says it comes with??? She looks at me again w/attitude! I'm thinking of its listed w/ those items Then wouldn't ppl say they don't want them ? So I literally get my food in less than a minute AND MY FRIES ARE RAW!! So I say my fries aren't cooked the guy cook says oh you want them well done, I say no I want them cooked these aren't cooked!!

What the heck happened to this place in the course of idk 3 or 4 short months which was the last time I ate here!! The kids menu was appropriate not boneless chicken wings w/ weird sauce on them I HONESTLY DO NO KNOW MANY KIDS WHO WOULD EAT JUST THAT! OH AND NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NAME TAGS ON, EXCEPT THE GRILL GUY CLAUDIO!! Wonder why that is?!?! I live in SWFL, ppl are generally nicer here...but this Charley's is inside a Walmart so there's that!! The last time I was here it had been over 25 yrs since I had eaten at Charley's due to how bad the food had gotten, when I gave them a chance a few months ago it was bcuz someone told me they got better, yes the food was good last time, but this time food is sub par & the service is HORRIBLE! I won't come here again, & I'll make sure to tell my friends not to come here! I suggest you don't either even if you're hungry & in a pinch... this is Walmart there's plenty of food...

The Korean Bar-B-Que Chicken Wings were good. The Lemonade was very good. The meat in the Cheesesteak was tasty, tender, and good. HOWEVER, be forewarned the Cheesesteak sandwich itself was a sloppy mess. I could not even pick it up with my hands. I tried to eat it with a fork & knife, but even that was too messy. It was just a plie of slop. It was so bad, I had to complain to the manager. A young lady that could barely speak English. Her only concession was to give me a free small sandwich for my wife. She got the three cheese bacon sandwich. She said it was okay, but she didn't think there were actually three cheeses on there. This young manager did say she understood that their sandwich is very sloppy, and suggested that I should ask for the sandwich bread to be toasted or even extra toasted. The thing is, if she knows that their sandwiches are a sloppy mess, then they should warn their customers and suggest that they get it extra toasted. Better yet, try not to make it so sloppy to begin with. All in all, my sandwich was awful and I ended up throwing most of it away. Don't think I'll be going back...
