Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

On our way to work an event yesterday we stopped into this location to grab breakfast at 10a. I ordered 4 bacon egg & cheese croissants and 2 everything bagels (1 with strawberry and the other veggie cream cheese). The woman at the register advised they were out of croissants but that she could give me 4 wraps instead. I agreed not knowing the wraps are 2 bites big. She also gave my daughters a complimentary donut, which was a nice gesture... cool. I waited 10mins for our food only for a gentleman behind the counter to advise me that they only had 1 everything bagel left an did I want something else. When I advised him that I didn't he told me I'll need to talk to the person at the register for a refund.. so I did. I then waited another 7mins for the same woman to ask what else was I waiting on so I advised I hadn't gotten any of my order. She advised the employees that the wraps were mine so she hands me a bag that had been sitting for who knows how long. I then continued to wait, realizing that I hadn't been asked which cream cheese I wanted on the 1 bagel that they did have. As I waited another 5-10mins a woman walks up and advised them her food was cold. The woman (assuming she's the manager) from the counter quickly rushed to remake her food. Halfway through she looks at me an advised she's making mine right now.. so I waited. She then hands me the bag and said here's your order which I advised wasn't mine and belonged to the woman sitting at a table behind me. I advised her that at this point 30 mins later I still hadn't gotten my bagel and just wanted a refund, which she obliged. This was THE WORST experience I've ever had at a DD. The entire staff at this location needs to either be retrained or replaced. I'm actually the owner of my own restaurant and I would be embarrassed if any of my customers were ever...

Drive-thru’s a wait at times and sometimes not, it’s a toss up. Ordered through the Dunkin APP, can be quicker and points are earned towards food and beverages it shows current promos like the $1 for the medium coffee special on the day after any time the UM football team wins, ya girl loves a discount. This morning, dining area looked like a baby hurricane hit. Quietly peeked over the on-the-go counter, order was not there. After 5 minutes, the DD Princess, Kadeja said, “here ya go.” and passed my liquid courage. She then began to tidy up the dining room. Hurricane recovery on deck!!!! Now this is when I bless with the dough. I don’t tip just because staff pass my order over the counter. Do something special like: smile and say something uplifting or encouraging, like: “thank you, come again,” “enjoy your order,” my favorite, “you rockin’ that dress girl.“ Great customer service is healthy expectation and all workers everywhere should practice it, I do at my office. Kadeja said she was pulling a double to provide coverage. May she and all who get America’s engine going know, enjoy and appreciate the blessings that ONLY come from the Lord and for all the days of their life. I'm always greeted (good morning). Welcome to Dunkin Donuts. What can I get for you today. I stop every day to get a large hot latte' med expresso and no foam, a small latte' hot no foam, and a dbld shot of an expresso for my father.

These are young teenagers who are still in school, and I truly wish you would give them a raise or Honor and compensate them one way or the other. Usually, when you do that, oh, let them place this view on the wall so people will see the good people Dunkin Donuts have working for them. If I had children like these, I'd be so proud of them. Thank you for giving these children a safe and good Dunkin Donuts store environment not only to work but also to continue studying and staying in school. The only DD store. I feel safe going myself as well.
