Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

HORRIBLE AND RUDE dunkin donut's MANAGER, named Alisha, at the Venice, Florida store next to Wawa. I was a daily customer, but her attitude and lack of customer service has lost me as a customer. I will never visit that store again. I just visited dunkin donuts today, saturday july 10. The manager, who says her name is Alisha, took my. order. I wanted to try the new sunrise coffee that was offered free. the ad was on my dunkin app. I ordered in the drive thr when I tried to click on the offer to show a barcode i hit the order now on offer by accident. So, i went back to the offer and hit scan offer. Alisha (manager) said it wont take it. says you already got the free sunrise. I said no I have not. I come here all the time. she said yes, i recognize you. I said I came yesterday to redeem my free any specialty coffee any size (i earned from my rewards), which i got a large decaf ice coffee. I always get decaf iced coffee. I have never tried the new sunrise coffee (which is cold brew and doesn't come in decaf). She was holding the drink in her hand to give me at the window and argued with me for 10 minutes saying says you got it already. I kept telling her I used my reward free coffee yesterday, not this one. she saw me press the wrong and go back, which had to of made it seem like i just used the offer right there in front of her. THIS IS THE POINT - I am a regular customer (she even knows this, acknowledges this, recognizes me. As a MANAGER she should not have treated me this way. I was very very irate. i only traveled to dunkin to try out the new sunrise offer. She argued with such ATTITUDE and disrespect in her tone with me. One drink - she could not make an exception - and she just LOST a regular/daily customer for life. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DUNKIN DONUT MANAGER AT THE VENICE STORE...

I am hoping this review gets the attention of the franchise owner. I go to this establishment literally every single day. I order mostly on the app but this morning I did not. I got right up to the speaker and ordered my usual order. The gentleman was nice and quick to take it. But when I got to the window, there was a woman there that I have never seen prior. She asked me my name which I replied “Marissa” she was crinkling a back in her hand and basically threw it at me and when I looked inside, I told her this was not mine and she took it back. She handed me 2 of the 4 drinks I ordered and asked me two times in a row what donuts I ordered. I re told her the order and watched her walk over to the donuts and put them in a bag and then walk them over to the window where she sets them down then begins to yell about the next order and the register not working. Then she looks at me and asks what I was waiting on. I told her again and she grabs the bag and begins to almost fall asleep as she’s handing me the bag. This is when I began to piece together that this woman was clearly on drugs, while working. After finally getting our food, I told her we were just waiting on one small hot cappuccino. She asked me to pull forward and someone would bring it out. I sat there for 10 minutes when I finally made my husband go inside, where he said they forgot or the window girl clearly didn’t tell anyone. But while inside he witnessed this girl being irate and throwing receipts and smashing them down on the counter. This is not okay. For the safety of employees and...

So when I arrived there were a couple people in front of me. So only 2 people working behind the counter. Took them about 5 minutes to take my order. I did get my coffee pretty quickly. But it literally took me almost 5 minutes to get my iced tea. Reason why three people were out back smoking cigarettes. Then when I ask for my tea I got it they gave me a sweet tea not unsweet so I had to go back inside to get my correct order. I'm sorry I've been in this store about 4 times since it's been opened and at least three times the service is absolutely terrible. Not sure of the management here but they either need to be retrained or get a new manager. And I'm sorry any food business nobody should be able to smoke while they're working at all under any circumstance. The only reason why there's one star it's the only way I can...
