Very very disappointed in our visit to Culver's this evening. Did an online order… waited at curbside a few minutes and it was brought out, dropped and the messenger went right back in. I looked at the order —all the coleslaw’s which were three —-were missing from the order…I got on my phone and tried to call so I wouldn’t have to get out of the car but no one answered the phone. Finally went in. No one was in line at the service counter. Told the girls there that I was shorted the coleslaw with curbside pick up dinner orders. She said “are you sure they weren’t in a sack” and I said no all we got were the condiments and some plasticware. Are you sure?? Again—- Was her answer. I invited her to come out to the car and look at the sack.She then turned around and put three coleslaw‘s in a bag and put it on the counter in front of me, without a word of sorry, And the worst of all is when we got home, the fish in the dinners were so hard and overcooked that the plastic ware forks wouldn’t even go through them….we had to throw the two pieces of fish out. Very very disappointed and when I tried to call the manager to complain, they still don’t answer the phone..,,,that will be our last visit to Culver's. Poor service, bad...

It was, kind of. The manager, Amber, needs remedial customer service training and coaching. When asked why prices on the board behind the counter didn’t match with the price being charged she replied “there was a price increase.” She did NOT offer to make it right (or even consistent) and instead let me cancel my order after I said she should honor the advertised price. After I said it a second time, after canceling, she said she could ask the owner if I wanted. I declined.
AWFUL customer service from the front line manager. Why would I ever come back?
EDIT: It is telling that the Culver's reply below didn't say 'contact the owner @ this phone number so we can address the issue'. The owner almost certainly did not and may not ever see my review. This is sadly now what many chains do: avoid interaction, hire a reputation management company that gives a generic reply, put the onus on you to go to another, corporate site and ask you to enable cookies (yeah, I wanted to see how they would handle this and got this far) so they can get more information from you. Not interested. Not calling....
Read moreI have been coming here for a few years. It has always been very good. Yesterday I went at around 530 PM on 01April2025. I ordered through the drive thru and received my order. I went home about 15 minutes away and found that I was missing a Deluxe Burger. Now this is very inconvenient but mistakes happen so I drove all the way back. I went inside and VERY politely told them I was missing one Deluxe Burger. The manager tried telling me that it was a butter burger missing.....I know what I was missing and had the receipt. She rolled her eyes and turned to kitchen and said make a deluxe. She offered no apology or anything. I will say that the young kid at registered seemed embarrassed and apologized for her but at this point I was a little mad since I came in respectful and nice because these things happen. She then came out and handed me my bag and turned around and left., no apology, no coupon....nothing. I was not happy with the service and the manager. I hope this gets better at this Culvers in...
