Horrible customer service. Im a franchisee as well, and they argued with me that they didnt have any donuts and wont give me another pastry to compensate for my survey i took, my drink was $7 they didnt want to make a sale told me the muffin / crossant cost more than donut, yes true, but you dont have any donuts. I walked out and informed them im going to corporate, this is very unprofessional. They always have issues at this location. I told her i franchise a marcos pizza. I dont tell my customers at 5pm on weekend that im out of pizza and dont do anything to compensate.
P.s. i know they try to charge an expresso shot price if you ask to replace dairy. Usually its .75 cent to a dollar any other dunkin. Cheap scammers here charge $1.50 for a "shot of expresso". I let that one go on wednesday, came back friday to order a drink and donut, then experience same thing "expresso shot" to replace milk with non dairy alternative.
P.s. #2. I went on wednesday to order a drink and claim free donut, she charged me "shot of expresso" for milk alternative. She then CHARGED me on purpose, for the donut I asked that comes with wednesday promo. I paid, looked at receipt and told her hey the donut was suppose to be free and showed her my app and the promo sticker on her window. She said you were suppose to let me scan otherwise not free. I know dang well that there was not any miscommuncation. She just wanted an extra $1.69 on top of charging me twice as much for milk alternative. These few cents / dollars she scams from all customers add up, and I didnt care much, but she lit a fire. Thats called scamming. She messed with the wrong customer, now im calling her out for her bad practice.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a manager whose attitude was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I approached the counter, it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The manager’s demeanor was dismissive and condescending, making me feel as though I was a nuisance rather than a valued customer.
To make matters worse, there was a significant mix-up with my order. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the manager responded with a rude tone and a complete lack of clarity. Their poor language manners only added to the confusion, as I struggled to understand what they were trying to communicate. I left feeling more bewildered than when I arrived.
It’s astonishing how a single individual can tarnish an entire establishment with their attitude. This manager clearly needs training in basic customer service skills and a crash course in respect. I won’t be returning, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before patronizing this place. Save yourself the headache!. I hope owner take seriously this review she jeopardize...
