Talk about the cheapest Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my life. I ordered a cold brew no ice with a shot of expresso in the drink, along with cream and Splenda. Nothing ground shaking about my order. I am handed a drink that is barely over half way full and I asked them to please fill it. I was met at the window by somebody else telling me, "At this Dunkin when you ask for no ice this is how we give it to you." I'm a little ticked off at this point. I've worked in customer service and the hospitality field for years. I said, "Don't you think it would be nice if you asked your customers if they minded an upcharge so they can have a full cup of coffee?" Insert blank stare "Oh, we can do that." Duh! This wasn't my first time at that Dunkin location. It is my first experience with that person, and it is my last visit to that Dunkin Donuts. Good job. You saved a few ¢ to lose a lot of $. I would put in the actual saying but I don't know that they could comprehend it. Stay away it's worth going to Vanderbilt and 951. Just. Stay....
Read moreA busy day led me to this location, expectant to pass through with cookie cutter standard Dunkin' service, which would have been wonderful. The woman that took our oder was attentive and remembered everything fully. Quick and efficient. My focus was more to the man at the window, Michael. We ordered one 'large' order of hash browns, which from what I understand the difference between a "small" and "large" is a few hashbrowns. We ended up getting shorted a few and after presenting the issue to Michael, he apologized and rectified the issue with compensation by hash brown. Remarking that it was "all about customer service" with a smile on his face. Honest customer satisfaction is vastly overlooked these days, so to come in contact, I'm sure to credit where credit is due.

My spouse ordered a caramel latte and got disrespect and animosity immediately when we had to have them correct it; All because we ordered less ice. And the fact it was french vanilla instead of caramel. This could have been rectified fast and without the way they treated us. The person who took our order was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Didnt even tell me the price before we pulled up to recieve the food. Employee who served us refused to correct it for us so another employee had to come and deal with our order; due to the original person taking our orders incompitence. Very negative experience; wrong items even after we had to go over the items with them.
Everything that can go wrong with a fastfood order will go wrong with a fast food order at this...
