Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I've had a few slip ups here..I thinkntheres just some new and very young ,inexperienced employees working, and working alone.... BUT... I've had MORE GREAT and flawless experiences here majoritively, all-around. The drinks are ALWAYS FRESH, and perfectly.made. The domut selection is very small, but they're really, I mean REALLY GREAT!!! BEST.ONES: Boston Cream, Jelly with sugar sprinkled on top, plain cake 🍩donut. Also awesome, are the croissant sandwiches, & the muffins(blueberry is perfect)! The coffee rolls, the flavored, iced lattes, & the plain bagels, not toasted are so perfect because they won't get hard and they're already baked with a little crunch. Anyway, enough babbling, great location, great store, usually very kind workers, and they're super fast. A full drive thru onto the street will be emptied in 5 mins.tops, and thats everyday(I go almost daily, and at diff.times). Yea, I know...eeeek! Let's just admit though, D.D. really does have the best tasting coffees (no matter how much u happen to worship Starbucks, because please, people, I understand)!! Dunkin really does have better stuff though & at half the price or better!

My totally ♥ 1st rate advice: Download the app.if u can on your device/phone.... .u will save soooo much $$$$... u get free bday drinks... special prozes/games/coupons, & u will get pretty much a free drink every 3 stop or so. Any size. I get at least 2 a week for free from the app, and I pick a large , caramel iced latté, whip cream, 6 equal, 2 xtra caramel shots, and sub almond milk instead of dairy milk/cream...now that's a tall order...but it's all free(so get...

I've been going to this location since I moved here with my family and I honestly never have an issue with them. I normally go through the drive-thru and I know people need to have some patience when receiving their food. It's not a problem. You know what you're driving into when you do that. You have to have some patience. I have tried from their coffee to their refreshers and it's amazing! I would love to get the passionfruit refresher again, it helps me when I don't want coffee. I will say the one time I did go in, just to give the employees a chance to relax. I wasn't in any hurry, but it seemed like the worker felt rushed and I felt sad for them, I wanted to tell them to just breathe. I don't want people feeling like they need to do something so fast paced that they lose their minds or have to make sure our stuff gets done at our time. It doesn't bother me to have to wait a little longer. As long as it's done right, I'm okay with that. I remember waiting for my coffees to be done and a lady shouted that someone needed to be at the register. There were about a good ten employees there and to say that seems a little crazy. I went to my favorite Dunkin’ store the girl took my order knew just what I wanted and I got to the window and was met by there very RUDE manager Sherri she had a empty cup to inform me that what I ordered was wrong I said that the one who took my order knows how I like and she informed me that she has been making wrong and that it will be made right (her way) and I asked if her name was Sherri and she said yes I said we have met before on this same drink. We continued to go there because the crew was so nice. I do hope nothing happened to the young lady that took my order. We spend well over 100.00 to 200.00 a month and have for 3 years. So she just lost our business I can’t do RUDE and this is her 3rd strike, we won’t be back I canceled my order and left and went down the road to the other Dunkin’s got my drink my way no questions asked.
