More commonly known as a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich đ„Ș. I went back to my job thankfully I had a few extra minutes on my lunch break to turn around and go back to the store because they didn't put on tomatoes???? It's a 3-ingredient sandwich Not rocket science how do you completely leave off one of the three ingredients???? Go back to the counter and let the young lady know there's no tomatoes on my BLT I got the most insincere sorry combined with the eye roll from her as she's adding tomato slices. Now we're supposed to just take it on the chin because they have to raise their prices because of inflation. So wouldn't you think you should expect at least the order to be correct???? I'm the customer I'm the one paying for the item so yes I do expect the employee to do their job correctly. Also this was the second attempt at good service. Last week I ordered a turkey and cheese panini. Open the box to find that said Panini sandwich had been nowhere within 100 mi range of a Panini machine. Cold dry turkey cheese sandwich!! This will definitely be the last time I go to this Wawa. In fact this has left a very bad impression I do not believe I will be ever going to any Wawa. Trust me when I tell you I will be advising everyone I come in contact of my experience. Also will be contacting the CEO of Wawa. The sad thing is they just remodeled all the wawas So I guess they should have spent a few extra dollars and installed robots.    Read moreI feel a bit weird about writing any sort of negative review because I stop here everyday and have never had a bad experience until today and most of it did not even happen to me directly. I got off my bus as usual to get food and this poor cashier had some sort of issue and needed assistance from a manager. One person who looked like a manager had a different color shirt then the others just had his head down on his phone almost ran right into me. Another lady assisted her which was great and even open another lane to help the line. While me and another couple go to the other woman this older work was standing there before any mention of a new one was going to be open and was just rude to the British couple and even said you have to stand behind me. Now I donât believe she was intentionally being rude but the other couple felt that way even mentioning something to my self. When I went to go get my food I ordered to clam chowder soup which was not half bad but the people making the food as they were packing my soup they were talking how bad it was and that it was old or something as she handed me my food which was really off putting. Now I wanted to just say something to the manager and be done but the gentleman I believed was the manager was again just head down on the phone and I get it would have been a waste of time...    Read moreI went to place an order through the app while pumping gas, and it gave me two errors. Then, it finally went through.
When I go inside, they tell me the order wasn't received. I said to myself, "let me check the bank and see if they charged me for something that didn't go through."
While I'm pulling up the bank app, I'm overheating the employees talking about me. Specifically, the same girl who asked me about what order I placed. She doesn't seem to be enjoying her night or job, but that doesn't give her the right to talk about me with other employees when I didn't give her any attitude.
Her complaint was that I was complaining about being charged for something they didn't get as if I blamed her for anything.
At no point did I speak in a tone to her or give her any attitude. My statement wasn't addressing her, and it sure as hell wasn't any of her business that I decided to make sure I'm not being charged for something that showed as order placed on my screen.
I will never go back to this Wawa again. I will rather drive 15 min to another one before coming here. Every single time I come here employees are doing the same thing during the night shift. They backtalk and gossip about customers.
If they don't enjoy their job, they should quit and find another one or learn to handle their triggers and trauma properly. That is not my concern as a customer in any way, and I should not be the target of someone who...
